Day to Day Sewerage Maintenance, Road Cleaning, Garbage Collection and Disposal and Jungle Cleaning Works in Kumbharkhani Township at Ghonsa OCM of Ghonsa Sub Area of Wani North Area.

Cleaning of surface drains (pucca) including removal of silt, mud, garbage and vegetation from inside drain and up to 1 m bank side complete and disposal within 50 m lead as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Drain size up to 300 mm wide. Total drain length = 2712 m per cycle.

Providing day-to-day maintenance of sewerage system including cleaning/removal of choke from inspection chambers, sewer lines, kitchen traps and toilet traps by rodding, bamboo, manual cleaning, jetting or other approved methods including opening of joints, cleaning of pipes, refixing/jointing, flushing with fresh water, removal and disposal of sludge up to 50 m lead complete with all tools, tackles and incidental charges. Inspection chamber size up to 0.75*.75m and sewer line size up to 300 mm dia. Contractor shall deploy minimum 1 sanitation worker per day.

Cleaning/sweeping of colony roads, paved surfaces and pucca storm drains including collection and stacking of leaves, litter, garbage and rubbish at designated locations/dustbins complete with all tools and tackles. Contractor shall deploy minimum 2 sanitation workers per day complete. (Minimum Area to be cleaned per day is 11150 sqm)

Door-to-door collection of garbage from residential quarters, roadsides, dustbins and community areas in Kumbharkhani Township by covered motor-driven vehicle having minimum carrying capacity of 500 kg including loading, unloading, transportation and disposal of garbage up to 1.00 Km lead complete as per instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Contractor shall make minimum 5 trips per day. Cost of all consumables, fuel, labour and incidental charges included complete. Note: 4 Nos worker can be combindly deployed for Item No. 3, 4 and 5.

Disposal of dead animals including transportation to the specified place, earth predisposal of dead animal into pit with adequate quantity of salt lime and bleaching powder etc and refilling with the earth complete all with tools and tackles as per instruction of E/I Big animal(Cow,Buffalo,Ox & like)

(Small animals such as Dog, Fox, Pig, Birds etc.)

Jungle cleaning including cutting and removal of wild grass, shrubs, vegetation and bushes of girth up to 10 cm by engaging brush cutter machine/manual means including cleaning of inaccessible areas, cutting nearest to ground level and disposal up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of area cleared complete as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge. Cost inclusive of machine, POL, operator, labour, cutting tools and all incidental charges complete. (Area to be cleaned in One cycle 30,000sqm)

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level including removal of rubbish and disposal up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of area cleared complete.
