Earthwork excavation for foundation in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders hard gravelly soil inclusive of shoring to full depth, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated soil other than sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed, consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in places as shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 metres and initial lift of 2 metres and clearing, leveling the site etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work.

Providing and placing in position of Plain Cement Concrete M10 grade with well graded coarse aggregates of maximum nominal size of 40mm weigh batching the ingredients and mixing in approved mixers/batching plant (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 10 N/sqmm at 28 days) including dewatering the placement site by bailing/pumping and by diverting wherever necessary, laying the concrete in layers of not exceeding 15cm thick and in bays, compacting and finishing the surface to the profile with all leads and lifts, water curing to attain the strength as specified in the drawing for various depth and height below and above ground level etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer incharge of work.

Above Ground Level upto 1.00m height to Below Ground Level upto 1.50m depth.

Providing and placing in position of Plain Cement Concrete M15 grade with well graded coarse aggregates of maximum nominal size of 40mm (60%) and 20mm (40%) weigh batching the ingredients and mixing in approved mixers/batching plant (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 15 N/sqmm at 28 days) including dewatering the placement site by bailing/pumping and by diverting wherever necessary, laying the concrete in layers of not exceeding 15cm thick and in bays, vibrating, compacting and finishing the surface to the profile with all leads and lifts, water curing to attain the strength as specified in the drawing for various depth and height below and above ground level etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer incharge of work. Reinforced Cement Concrete Mix M25 in accordance with IS 456-2000 using 20 mm downgraded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350 kg/cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.50 with about (5 Cum) 7730 kg of 20 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.30 cum) 5156 kg of 10 - 12 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cum) 7670 kg of sand weigh batching the ingredients and mixing in approved mixers/batching plant (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 25N/sqmm at 28days) including dewatering of placement site by bailing/pumping and by diverting wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays, Vibrating, compacting and finishing the surface to the profile water curing so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing and specification and excluding the cost component of providing rigid and smooth centering and shuttering wherever necessary for various depths below ground level and various heights above ground level as per the direction of the Engineer complete in all respects but excluding the cost and placing of reinforced grill in position etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work. Providing Steel Centring for RCC slabs, beams or plain surfaces including strutting upto 3.29 m height using MS sheets of size 90 x 60 cm, Stiffened with MS angle of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 3 mm laid over silver oak joist of size 10 cm x 6.5 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre and removing the centering and shuttering after specified period without damaging the concrete laid etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work. (the retrieved materials should be taken back by the Contractor) Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete has been laid.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Ribbed Tor Steel bars of Various diameters for all reinforced concrete works, including cost of rods, binding wire, labour charges for cutting the rods to the required length, bending, tying and fixing in position complete for various heights above ground level and depths below ground level complete etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work.

Rough stone dry packing for Apron using new stones including stacking the rough stone for pre measurement etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement etc., with filling sand in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed, watered and consolidated etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work.

Supplying and filling Gravel in between the gaps of Cement concrete blocks etc including stacking the same for pre measurement etc., complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work.

Forming inverted filter by using 10mm to 80mm size graded metal to a thickness of 0.075m thick of 10mm metal, 0.075m thick of 20mm metal, 0.10m thick of 40mm metal and 0.15m thick of 80mm metal from bottom to top over the coarse sand of 20mm thick including stacking etc., complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing of Cement Concrete blocks of size 1.50 x 1.50 x 0.90m in Cement Concrete M15 using 40 mm and 20 mm hard broken granite stone jelly, for hook arrangement by using 25mm Dia RTS steel rod for a length of 2m for lifting and handling including cost of moulding charges, casting of blocks, finishing, curing, transporting and fixing in position etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work.

Shutter of size 1550mm X 1000mm to suit the vent opening 1500mm x 1000mm made out of 10mm thick M.S. skin Plate size of 1550mm x 1000 mm using ISMC 100mm X 50mm X 6mm X 1700mm for horizontal stiffeners minimum 4 Nos. and ISMC 100mm X 50mm X 6mm X 2000mm Channels for vertical stiffeners 3 Nos. and 10mm MS Gusset plate 2 Nos. of size 200mm X 200mm with required bolts and nuts, providing the screw rod of size 63mm dia for a length of 3500mm threaded by 8mm thick square thread for 1500mm length. The screw rod is operated with screw gearing ( cast iron headset heavy duty 90kg) is to be rest on the top beam of ISMB 200mm X 100mm X 6mm X 2 Nos. of 2000mm length is fixed to the pier and abutment with 20mm dia foundation bolt 500mm length and fixing plate 2 Nos. fabrication in sill beam of size ISMB 100mm X 50mm X 6mm X 1500mm length and groove channel of 75mm X 40mm X 6mm X 4000mm length face to face 2 Nos. and providing 1no of 8mm MS Plate vertical stiffener for each groove at both sides of groove channel. The top beam and the whole shutter assembly shall be erected by crane with necessary arrangements. The rate is inclusive of all materials, labour charges including Lathing, Drilling, Welding, Gas cutting, Hydraulic bend removing of M.S. rod, hire charges of Crane and also inclusive of cost of covering plate, Foundation bolts, all bolt and nuts, conveyance to this site, Loading and unloading charges, Grease packing, Lubricating oil, Operating key, Locking arrangement and checking the Shutter operation. Labour charges for painting with two coats of anti corrosive black paint over one coat of zinc chromate primer paint including cost of paint and complete as directed by the Departmental Officers. Providing and fixing Weep holes of 110mm dia PVC pipes of working pressure 4kg/Sqmm to required length for protection wall, abutment and wing wall including cost of conveyance of all materials to work site including cost of labour charges for 90cm spherical back fill arrangements with 110mm dia and 20mm size hard granite broken stone charges at the peripery, the labour charges for fixing and to drain the back fill etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work.

Providing construction, Contraction and lift joints in masonry concrete including cutting, jointing and placing mastic pad of 20mm thick with Asphalt filling as specified in the drawings etc., complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work. (1.04kg of Asphalt and 0.60Sqm of Mastic pad required for 1RM)
