DEPARTMENT OF SERICULTURE SHORTERM E-TENDER

For goods under Schedule 1 (Grade I Bleaching Powder): Only the BIS & ISO-Certified Grade-1 Bleaching Powder Manufacturer/s or their Authorized Dealers with minimum Two years experience in manufacturing/ supply of Scheduled Goods are eligible to participate.

Past experience: Details of experience and past performance of the bidders on disinfectants offered on State / Central Government Departments / Organisation in India and on those of similar within the past Two years (2022-23 and 2023-24). In case of new product released by the state/central research institute whose turnover is lessthan Rs.20 lakh the evaluation committee reserve the right of considering such a companies for qualification.

For goods under Schedule : 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 16 & 18 Only the Manufacturers or their Authorized Dealers with valid licenses from the State or Central Sericultural Research Institute/s to Manufacture the Scheduled Goods as Developed, Licensed/Certified by the Sericultural Research Institutes with minimum Two years experience in manufacturing and supply of such Scheduled Goods are eligible to participate.

For goods under Schedule 20 (SLAKED LIME): Only the Manufacturer/s or their Authorized Dealers with minimum Two years experience in manufacturing/ supply of Scheduled Goods are eligible to participate

Manufacturing Facilities: AS PER THE TENDER DOCUMENTS

Product Shelf Life: The supplies made shall have minimum Shelf life period of 6 months for Bleaching Powder and 1 year for Disinfectants from the date of Delivery of the Schedule Goods at the District office/procurement entities. The supplies should carry replacement free of cost within 7 days from the date of reporting of discrepancy in Shelf life

All Technical Documents Should be uploaded as per the Tender document

The bidder should have minimum average annual turnover not less than Rs.20 lakhs during preceding 2 years i.e., 2022-23 and 2023-24. In case of new product released by the state/central research institute whose turnover is lessthan Rs.20 lakh the evaluation committee reserve the right of considering such a companies for qualification
