Repair and Renovation of Type-V Bungalow no. 18, Interior and Exterior Painting Works at Various Type-V (Bungalow no. 08,10,11,12 and 39) and Repair works in hostel at IIM Indore

Putty: Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (House no. 18,08,10,11,12 & 39)

Enamel paint:- Painting with synthetic enamel paint (at all height) of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work including removing of the old paint. (House no. 18,08,10,11,12 & 39)

Scrapping:- Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. (House no. 18,08,10,11,12)

Primer:- Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

Paint:- Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats (Make :- Indigo/ asian paint)

Paint: Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade:New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm) as required at walls. (Make :- Indigo/ asian paint)

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade Old work (one or more coats applied @ 0.83 ltr/10 sqm).

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Plaster:- 18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer (at all height) 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) finished with a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand) with water proofing compound as mixing with dry cement as per manufacturer. Outer building area

Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt/ suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS: 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality,cutting space for switchboard & rubbing existing surface.(Including scratching the Bottom surface of the Existing Table for Proper Adheshion) 1mm Thick approved make (Greenlam, CenturyPly, Kitply)

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Windows:- Supply and fixing of Factory made complete set of aluminium track- 3 TRACK with 3 SHUTTERS ( Two glass Shutters+ one wire mesh shutters in Domal Section-) : Providing & fixing of customized sliding window as per site dimensions & make of Jindal aluminum/Hindalco section with approved design of minimum 50 micron powder coating Series of - (27 mmx65 mm with track frame of 90X42 mm of 1.5 mm thick-) with all necessary Wool-pile, steel body roller bearing with capacity of 50-60kg for smooth sliding, Metal-body concealed lock, drain hole, interlock clips, wire mesh with 1.6 mm aperture of ss-304 grade, sealing of frame with sealant & backer rod etc. All complete work as directed by engineer-in-charge. Note:- *A factory detail/profile has to be provided & may be visited if required & approved by Engineer -In-Charge. The sizes of windows shall be taken by the vendor and customize accordingly as per existing opening in houses before procurement. *only fitting at site with dash fastners at ground and First floor level including escaffolding. *Glass shall be paid separately.

Louvers- For Toilet : Providing & fixing aluminum 50 micron powder coated louvered as per site dimension with Series- (18mmx40mmx1mm) thick aluminum pipe frame work with 8"x 8" cut-out for exhaust-fan provision actuating bar with glass holder, locking handle 5mm frosted glass etc. in complete, including mosquito net to be fixed from outside to the louver glass part to protect insect coming as approved.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. 600 x 400 mm (Make: As specified on Page No. 27 of the NIT document.)

Providing and laying 15 mm white Glossy Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid with adhessive as approved by engineer -In-Charge including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. Double charge vitrified tile polished finish of size White glossy tile (Make: As specified on Page No. 27 of the NIT document.)

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Waterproofing work at the roof terrace shall be carried out as per the manufacturer’s specifications and as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. The detailed items of work are listed below. Note: A guarantee bond on the prescribed stamp paper for a 5-year warranty shall be submitted by the contractor. (Make: As specified on Page No. 27 of the NIT document.)

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane 3 mm Thick

Supply of steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position all complete upto plinth level. Hard drawn steel wire fabric. Hard drawn steel welded wire mesh of 1.6 mm dia. with 50x 50 mm

PCC:- Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade, including peripherial shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) including grouping in PCC of 300 x 300 mm & wiremesh below PCC. 75 mm

URP chemical Waterproofing work with URP chemical (301 code) of two coats & Cement of applying by the brush after the plaster as per the manufacture specification and as approved by the Engineer-in-charge. (Make: As specified on Page No. 27 of the NIT document.)

Providing & Fixing of Transparent acrylic sheet of thickness 5 mm for One side of Security door with including all Fitting items with approved brand complete. As per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : For fixed portion Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) (Make : Jindal Aluminium/ Hindalco)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with 6 mm EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm).

Dismantling tile:- Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking materialas indicated in the special condition of contract. :For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Polycarbonate Sheet - Providing & fixing of multiwall polycarbonate sheet of 10 mm thick of approved colour on MS framework with self-driving SS screws by joining with aluminium profile as per manufacturer specification to the MS pipe with all required accessories. (The panel width of the sheet shall be of 1200 mm and the quality of the polycarbonate sheet should have adequate strength for wind uplift, vibration. and visual appearance with the seam-locking mechanism on both sides with U profile in aluminium metal to the sheet if required) (Working height upto 5 mt). (No Scaffolding Shall be paid Seperatly) Make :- Tilara/ Rooftile.

WC:- Providing and fixing floor mounted, white vitreous china single piece, double traps syphonic water closet of approved brand/make, shape, size and pattern including integrated white vitreous china cistern of capacity 10 litre with dual flushing system, including all fittings and fixtures with seat cover, cistern fittings, nuts, bolts and gasket etc including making connection with the existing P/S trap, complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (Make: As specified on Page No. 27 of the NIT document.)

Providing & Fixing of Counter Top wash basin Dimensions: 26x16x14cm Weight: 2kg) of Jaquar make (model no. JDS-WHT-25909) with required waste coupling (Model no. ALD-729L130) or equivalent and bottle trap (model no. ALD-769L300*190) or equivalent etc. basin mixer of approved quality (having 450mm flexible hose for easy regulation of water flow and temperature, single hole installation, including all requisite fittings, CP brass waste coupling, Bottle trap and brackets, cutting and making good the openings wherever required all complete job & as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing hand shower ( health faucet) with 1 meter long easy flex tube in chrome finish and wall hook with N.R.V.
