The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 40 degree celsius in oil and 45 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree celsius. The transformer shall be of BOLTLESS core design. Transformer shall be double wound, core type with low loss, non ageing, high permeability PRIME GRADE, CRGO with M4 Grade or Better, perfectly insulated and clamped to minimize noise and vibrations. The transformer shall be IS 1180 (Part-I) : 2014 and shall comprise of the following :-

(a) One cable box on HT side (primary side) consisting of three nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands suitable for reception / taking out 3 core 120 Sq mm, HT 11000 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty, armoured cables including jointing materials complete. (b) One cable box on LT side (Secondary side) consisting of four nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands. (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level guage. (d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (silica gel). (e) Explosive vent, Thermometer pocket on tank cover, Oil level gauge, Oil drain filter valve, Lifting lugs, Oil filling hole with cap / plug with connection plate complete, Airrelease valve plug and four nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. (f) One no 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range 0-120 degree celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re-setting device.

(g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32 x 6 mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of body. (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (j) Extra bushing for neutral, in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral. (k) First fill of new and unused transformer oil, IS-335 marked, filtered and tested upto 60 KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes (l) Providing adequate size and nos of channels, embeded in floor, for movement of transformer. (m) Unidirectional roller wheel. (n) Other accessories as per manufacturer design. (o) Oil temperature indicator, winding temperature indicator, marshling box single window, double flit buchhloz relay with alarm and trip contact. NOTE : Transformer shall be supplied inclusive of initial oil filling to appropriate level of insulation oil with desired dielectric strength. Cost of Provn of plinth for transformer as per OEM drawing shall be deemed to be included in the cost inserted by the bidders

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of transformer step down ,outdoor type double wound core type copper wound 11/.433KV Level-II, 3 phase ,50 Hz AC of rating 250 KVA oil immersed, naturally air, oil natural air natural(ONAN) with external cooling tubes, transformer delta connection on primary side(HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector symbol DYn-11 (vector group 4) with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV) with earthing and having tapping range on HV side for constant out put so as to alter/vary secondary voltage by + 7.5% in eaual steps of 2.5% changed by means of manualy operated "Off Load" taps changing gear. (e) One cable box on LV side (Secondary) consisting of 04 Nos porcelain bushing with copper rodscompelete with nuts and washer ,with cable glands suitable for reception/taking out 3.5 core 400 sqmm LT 1100 volts grade ,XLPE insulated and pvc sheathed heavy duty armoured cables including jointing materials complete (f) Explosive vent. (g) 01 No 100 mm dial type thermometer vapour pressure type having rnage 0-120 degree centigrade with max temp indicator and resetting device incl, max reading pointer washer etc. (h) Thermometer pocket on tank cover (j) 04 Nos plain solid CI detachable rollers. Transformer losses shall not exceed the loss mentioned in table 6 of IS :1180 OF 2014 part -I with latest energy Effeciency level -II Note :- (i) The contractor shall arrange factory visit for the EIC or his rep for testing of transformer before despatch. (iii) Any other parts/items not specified above but have been considered essential for smooth and safe functioning shall be included in the items and are covered against the quoted rate.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV 630 Amps having short circuit capacity 21 KA for 3 sec, Outdoor (IP54), RMU (Ring main unit) 5 way comprising of 02 Nos motorized operated load breaker and 03 No 630 Amps fixed type motorized spring charging VCB electrolytic grade copper bus bars all inside single, gas filled, robotic welded non-magnetic stainless steel 304 or better grade, IP 67 Degree of Protection tank with min thickness 2.5 mm +/- 0.1mm, min thickness for load bearing/outer sheet 2 mm and 1.6 mm for non-load bearing member, internal arc IAC AFLR classification, 21 KA for 1 sec for gas tank and Cable chambers. The enclosure shall have pad lockable doors as per OEM design, fully covering the front facia and cable boxes, ensure fail safe anti-theft protection. The unit along with Bus connected, fixed type Auxiliary transformer shall include the following along with all necessary accessories and fittings are required at site:- (A) Incoming Load Break Module - Each consisting of following accessories: (i) Each switching – unit is designed as a three position switch. This three function switch combines the function of switch – disconnector an earthing switch

(D) Standard mano meter -01 for each tank, Operating handle - 02, cable clamping provision (standard)-01/for every cable entry, Operation and maintenance manual - 01, installation and commissioning manual - 01, RMU Foundation as per OEM Recommendation (Earth Work and PCC works) for placing RMU on plinth is deemed to be included in the cost quoted. Height of plinth should not be less than 0.45 mtrs from ground level. NOTE:- The above module consisting of Load break Switches and VCBs shall be aligned appropriately and must have electrical and mechanical interlocking as per latest electrical safety norms cost of provision of plinth for RMU as per OEM drawing shall be deemed to be included in the cost inserted by the bidders.

Material & Labour for construction of Brick Masonry ( Using sub class 'B' Brick) platform of size 2m x 2m x 1 m hight consist of following specification. (i) Necessary excavation and earthwork shall be in soft/loose soil complete all as specified. (ii)100mm thick 60cm wide PCC 1:4:8 type D2 lean concrete in foundation. (iii) 2 Brick thick Brick Masonry in CM (1:4) of 0.90m height above the ground level and 0.6m below the ground level shall be provided. (iv) 15mm thick cement plaster in CM(1:6) on external surface of the brickwork shall be provided. (v) Necessary earthfilling as required shall be carried out. (vi)100mm thick RCC (1:2:4) type B1 reinforced with 10mm dia TMT bars @ 200mmc/c bothways on brickwall/compacted earthfilling shall be provided. (vii)02 Nos ISMC-100,each 2.00 m long shall be embedded in RCC for balancing of transformer. (viii) One brick step 75cm long in CM(1:4) shall be provided.all as specified and directed .

Supply & Fixing cable route indicator made of RCC (Nominal Mix) type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) with 8mm TMT Bar 150mm c/c of size 1m height X 60cm wide X 10cm thick tapered on top, visible above ground, duly painted with synthetic enemel paint of yellow colour base and letters with black paint. The description for writing for HT cable 33 /11KV as directed by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate for PCC 1:3:6 for foundation (min size 0.8mx0.3mx0.3m) of aggregate size 20mm including necessary excavation & earthwork for cable route indicator deemed to be included in the item.
