Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of outdoor type plinth mounted step down transformer, 11 KV/433 Volts (at no load), Level -II, AC 3 phase 50 Hz, 500 KVA capacity, core type, double copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, Oil Natural-Air Natural (ON AN), with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYN-11 with Neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having tapings at +5% to -10% in steps of 2.5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 40 degree celsius in oil and 45 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree celsius. The transformer shall be of BOLTLESS core design. Transformer shall be double wound, core type with low loss, non ageing, high permeability PRIME GRADE, CRGO with M4 Grade or Better, perfectly insulated and clamped to minimize noise and vibrations. The transformer shall be IS 1180 (Part-I) : 2014 and shall comprise of the following :-
(a) One cable box on HT side (primary side) consisting of three nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands suitable for reception / taking out 3 core 120 Sq mm, HT 11000 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty, armoured cables including jointing materials complete. (b) One cable box on LT side (Secondary side) consisting of four nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands. (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level guage. (d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (silica gel). (e) Explosive vent, Thermometer pocket on tank cover, Oil level gauge, Oil drain filter valve, Lifting lugs, Oil filling hole with cap / plug with connection plate complete, Airrelease valve plug and four nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. (f) One no 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range 0-120 degree celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re-setting device.
(g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32 x 6 mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of body. (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (j) Extra bushing for neutral, in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral. (k) First fill of new and unused transformer oil, IS-335 marked, filtered and tested upto 60 KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes (l) Providing adequate size and nos of channels, embeded in floor, for movement of transformer. (m) Unidirectional roller wheel. (n) Other accessories as per manufacturer design. (o) Oil temperature indicator, winding temperature indicator, marshling box single window, double flit buchhloz relay with alarm and trip contact. NOTE : Transformer shall be supplied inclusive of initial oil filling to appropriate level of insulation oil with desired dielectric strength. (g) 01 No 100 mm dial type thermometer vapour pressure type having rnage 0-120 degree centigrade with max temp indicator and resetting device incl, max reading pointer washer etc. (h) Thermometer pocket on tank cover (j) 04 Nos plain solid CI detachable rollers. (o) Lifting lugs (p) Oil drain valve with plug. Transformer losses shall not exceed the loss mentioned in table 6 of IS :1180 OF 2014 part -I with latest energy Effeciency level -II Note :- (i) The contractor shall arrange factory visit for the EIC or his rep for testing of transformer before despatch. (iii) Any other parts/items not specified above but have been considered essential for smooth and safe functioning shall be included in the items and are covered against the quoted rate.

This three function switch combines the function of switch – disconnector an earthing switch

(B) Outgoing VCB Module - Each consisting of following accessories: - (i) Each function – unit consists of a vacuum – circuit breaker in combination with a three position – switch. The three-position switch fulfils the operation of the disconnector and earthing function. Relay shall record minimum 5 fault records with time stamping. Relay shall be communicable with RS 485 Port on MODBUS Protocol – 01 No/per VCB outgoing. (ii) 1-Ph (11 KV/rt3), 230 VAC, 250/500 VA Auxiliary transformer – 01 No for battery charging. (iii) 11 KV Tri vector Energy Meter of Class 0.5 accuracy with RS 485 Communication – 01 No per VCB o/g (iv) 2x12 Volt DC battery – 01 Set (v) 230 VAC/24 VDC Battery charger – 01 No, with indication of status of functioning (vi) HRC fuse links for primary side isolation and AC/DC MCBs for secondary isolation – 01 Set (vii) Voltmeter & RYB LED indications to confirm AC/DC supply availability – 01 Set (viii) Anti condensation space heater with thermostat – 01 No (ix) LED lamp for illumination and 3 pin socket with switch – 01 No
(D) Standard mano meter -01 for each tank, Operating handle - 02, cable clamping provision (standard)-01/for every cable entry, Operation and maintenance manual - 01, installation and commissioning manual - 01, RMU Foundation as per OEM Recommendation (Earth Work and PCC works) for placing RMU on plinth is deemed to be included in the cost quoted. Height of plinth should not be less than 0.45 mtrs from ground level. NOTE:- The above module consisting of Load break Switches and VCBs shall be aligned appropriately and must have electrical and mechanical interlocking as per latest electrical safety norms cost of provision of plinth for RMU as per OEM drawing shall be deemed to be included in the cost inserted by the bidders.
Material & Labour for construction of Brick Masonry ( Using sub class 'B' Brick) platform of size 2m x 2m x 1 m hight consist of following specification. (i) Necessary excavation and earthwork shall be in soft/loose soil complete all as specified. (ii)100mm thick 60cm wide PCC 1:4:8 type D2 lean concrete in foundation. (iii) 2 Brick thick Brick Masonry in CM (1:4) of 0.90m height above the ground level and 0.6m below the ground level shall be provided. (iv) 15mm thick cement plaster in CM(1:6) on external surface of the brickwork shall be provided. (v) Necessary earthfilling as required shall be carried out. (vi)100mm thick RCC (1:2:4) type B1 reinforced with 10mm dia TMT bars @ 200mmc/c bothways on brickwall/compacted earthfilling shall be provided. Supply & Fixing 4 mm thick mild steel wire 50mm x25mm mesh up into mattressess or cages, lapped wired and fixed in position including welded for fencing to grid including one coat of primer and two coat ot synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
Material & Labour for 2 coat of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide to steel surfaces including preparation of newly surface complete all as specified.
