Excavating in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in mass concrete, foundation and any other location etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (nominal mix) Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beam, plinth beams, bases for columns, drain wall, basement slabs, drain slabs etc. and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use and Waste of Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beam, drain wall and soffits (if any) of drain slab and similar work, vertical or to batter surfaces for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape as required incl cracking, bending spirally for hooking for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed

Description same as per Item No. 5.00 but 6 mm to 8 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed

S&F PVC (SWR) 75 mm bore pipes single socketed in any length complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L fly ash brick work with modular brick straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, parapets and railing upto 60 cm in height, coping, kneelers, apex stones bed plates, etc and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified.

M & L 15 mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in mass concrete, foundation and any other location etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required all as specified and directed complete.

S & F tubular rolled sections as post, rafter, purlin, and its connected wk for shed structure and similar work complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S. 1161-1976 grade St.-240, all as specified and directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in sun shade, roof covering/ cladding to wall, and similar work fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) mixed with integral waterproofing chemical as per manufacture instruction as in cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, parapets and railing upto 60 cm in height, coping, kneelers, apex stones bed plates, etc and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified. Note:- Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and as directed

M & L Preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise description, over 10 cm width or girth apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.
