Provision and fixing of daylight photo voltaic sensor in Feeder Pillar for controlling street lighting.

Supply and fixing of high voltage synthetic insulating mat made of synthetic Elastomer suitable for up to 3.3 KV conforming to IS 15652:2006 with minimum width of 1 metre and thickness of 2.0 mm +/- 10 % (Class-A). Insulating mat should be flexible, anti skid, fire retardant, water and moisture proof with no adverse effect of acids, alkalis and transformer oil. Insulating mat should be fixed with suitable adhesive/chemibond, resin, water proofing compound and other sealing materials. Insulating mats should be ISI marked.

Replacement of un serviceable Multifunctional meters of 4"x4" in main LT Panels as per specification etc. complete as required.

Supply of 63mm dia 15 Mtrs. long RRL Hose Pipes with 63mm dia male and female Gunmetal coupling duly binded with GI wire, rivets etc. confirming to IS-636 (Type-A) complete as required and as per specification.

Supply and fixing of 12 Volt 180 AH lead acid battery including connection etc complete as required.

Solar System

Provision of standby Solar string Inverter with mounting arrangement and required accessories suitable for 100 Kwp Solar plant including interconnections etc. complete as per specifications.

SITC of water Sprinkler system for cleaning of 100 KWp Solar Panels including pumping system, CPVC piping, nozels etc. complete suitable for existing solar plant consisting of 335 watt, Novasis make 300 modules on 09 parking sheds. ( Contractor has to visit the site for assessment of work before quoting) Drawing is attached in tender documents for reference.

SITC of zero export device including all required accessories, weather proof enclosure and MS stand for existing 100 KWp solar system

Rectification of discharge system of Drainage/Sewage/Rainwater Sump Pump by providing the following accessories .

Replacement of CPVC/Installed pipe by 80 mm dia Class C GI pipe conforming to IS 1239

Replacement of CPVC/Installed pipe by 100 mm dia Class C GI pipe conforming to IS 1239.

Supply and creating of advance maintenance free Chemical Gel Earthing of Dual Pipe Technology (GI) of 3mtr long 50mm dia of outer shell (MS) with the 25mm dia of inner shell (MS) of 80-100 microns galvanized earth electrode filled with highly conducting metallic compounds with the permanent sealing’s at both the ends with the lead terminal of 32x10mm size at the top along with 50 Kgs of chemical mixture of Resistance, etc complete as required as per specification.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.l. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required

Supply and fixing of Lube oil Auto priming Pump with complete accessories for existing 1250 KVA DG set as per OEM standards.

Testing & Commissioning of 220 KLD Sewage Treatment Plant consisting of following equipment installed including, cable and pipe connection wherever required etc complete as required.( Contractor has to visit the site for assessment of work before quoting) Copy of STP Process flow drawing is attached in Tender document. a) Raw savage transfer pumps -2 nos. b) WAS Pumps-2 nos. c) SBR Air Blower-2 nos. d) Filter feed pump (Ground Foss)-2 nos e) Dual media filter-1 no. f) Ultraviolet hip dosing -2nos. g) Sludge feed pump-2 nos. h) Centrifuge (Hiller make)Pump-1 no. (Some Minor pipe connection of Centrifuge (approx. 05 to 10 mtr.) with Sludge holding tank pipe including required accessories shall be considered for quoting the rates.)

Supply and fixing of closed cell electrometric nitrile rubber 32 mm thick insulation of minimum 45 kg / cum density thermal conductivity 0.037 W/MK or better at 20 degree mean temp. class o insulation applied by suitable rubber adhesive complete on drawing of 150 mm dia MS chilled water pipe line in RCC trench including aluminium cladding/ other suitable material to protect from any damaged to insulation etc. complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of 150mm dia MOTORIZED BUTTERFLY VALVES with flange for condenser water circulation with CI Body, SS Disc, O - ring and minimum PN-16 pressure rating, conforming to BS 5155, IS 13095, with IP-55 actuator, capable of accepting upto 10V DC, and upto 20 mA electric signal and providing similar transduced feedback output to control system (Third party BMS compatible) complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of 125 mm dia Balancing valves having C I body flanged construction, EPDM coated disc with long pitch, protected out pipe insulation & PN 16 pressure rating, in the existing chilled water piping duly insulated as per specifications with adequately supported complete as required.

Supplying and fixing acoustic lining on wall and ceiling of AHU rooms with 50mm thick, density 32 kg/cum resin bonded glass fibre insulation friction fixed in 610 mm x 610 mm frame work made of 25X50X50X50X25 mm made out of 0.6mm thick Gl sheet U shaped channel and covered with reinforced fibre glass tissue and finished with 0.80 mm perforated aluminium sheet etc. complete as required and as per specifications. 50 mm thick resin bonded glass wool having density of 32 kg/m3 for AHU Rooms.

GAS BASED FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM NOVEC 1230 BASED FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM COMPRISING OF PROVIDING ALL MATERIAL, EQUIPMENT, INSTALLATION, LABOUR, TESTING, COMMISSIONING & HANDING OVER OF THE ENTIRE SYSTEM, WITH THE FOLLOWING COMPONENTS AND REQUIRD ACCESSORIES: Supply installation testing and commissioning of Seamless Steel Cylinder Complete with Pneumatically Valve Assembly arrangement, supervisory switch connection for monitoring cylinder pressure, in compliance with Chief Controller of Explosive, with electric & pressure operated control heads as per requirement (Master/Slave Actuation Packages) a safety burst disc, and any other accessories to make the cylinder completely operational including Flexible Actuation Hose (directed to a pressure operated control head on each cylinder valve using actuation hose), container strap, structural supports etc.

Installation , Testing and commissioning of Automatic Fire Suppression system in existing LT panels as per attached drawings of LT panels. (Material will be provided by AAI.)
