Supply install testing and commissioning of Silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 415 Volt (at 0.8 PF) 100 KVA 3 phase 50 Hz. 1500 RPM with accostic enclosure and canopy type (indoor use) made out of 14 gauge CRCA sheet with inbuilt AMF Panel and including all excavation PCC foundation(as per manufacture), anti vibration pads tamper standard control panel as per manufacture instructions as directed by manufacturer and conforming to latest CPCB norms. The DG set shall comprise of following : - (a) Alternator : Standard design alternator rated at 100 KVA net out put at site, self excited ,self regulated through an AVR, screen protected, revolving field, brushless design with permanent lubricated bearings with winding in each pole, insulation class H, voltage regulation ± 1.5 % of rated voltage 'No load to full load'. The alternator shall be in a position to generate supply with frequency regulation within ± 1 % tolerance and permissible overload of 10 % for one hour in 12 hrs continuous run and conforming to IS 13364. (b) Diesel Engine : Adequate capacity suitable for 100 KVA Alternator water cooled to drive independently the above alternator directly coupled through flexible coupling Six cylinder Four stroke direct injection cold starting 1500 RPM as per relevant IS, IS:10001/ 10002 BS 5514 with in overload capacity of 12hrs continuous running complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for site handling and operation generally the scope of accessories shall be as under :-

(i) Air intake system : Air intake manifold air cleaner. (ii) Exhaust system : Turbo charger SS Flexible bellow silencer complete with MS exhaust piping of minimum size 100 mm dia upto and outside the building covered with glass wool covered under aluminum foil of 28 gauge, adequate to exhaust without transferring vibration to building/walls. (iii) Coolant system : Engine water pump ,radiator with fan and fan belt. (iv) Lubricating system : Oil pump of suitable capacity, lub oil pump and lub oil filter. (v) Fuel system : Fuel injection pump 12/24 Volts (as per OEM recommendation) DC solenoid switch nozzle mechanical/electronic governor, replaceable fuel filter, fuel tank made of 14 SWG sheet with drain valve, air vent inlet and outlet connection, fuel supply piping from tank to pump & to engine including return of over flow fuel with level indicating arrangement duly marked in inches/Litres. Fuel tank should be of adequate capacity for 12hrs running at full load. (c) Starting system : 12/24 V DC self starter 12 V DC battery charging alternator, start & stop push button, ignitor key/ switch, Battery of reputed make of suitable capacity in changed condition with its copper leads of adequate size as per OEM recommendation. (d) Base frame: Common base plate with AVM pads for mounting the engine & alternator. (e) Engine mounted Instrument Panel fitted with and having digital display for following:(i) Start-stop switch with key,(ii) Water temperature indication,(iii) Lubrication oil pressure indication,(iv) Lubrication oil temperature indication,(v) Battery charging indication,(vi) RPM indication,(vii) Over speed indication,(viii) Low lub. Oil trip indication & (ix) Engine Hours indication

(f) Safety control : Lub oil pressure trip, High water temp trip & over speed trip. (g) Acoustic enclosure : Modular construction with the provision to assemble & dismantle easily at site, powder coated & stainless steel nut & bolts/external hardware, provision for filling fuel from outside the enclosure with locking arrangement, Sound proofing of enclosure with high quality rock wool /mineral wool The rock wool is further covered with fiber glass tissue & perforated sheet . A special residential silencer within the enclosure to reduce exhaust noise. Noise level 75 db (A) at 3 m distance. Test certificate of Alternator, DG set complete. (ii) Standard testing of DG sets shall be carried out with 10 % overload for one hour (iii) All Civil work related to foundation as per manufactures recommendation will be carried out at no extra cost. (iv) Load bank, accessories, fuel required for 12 hours testing is to be provided by contractors will inclusive quoted rate. (v) Repair/Maint tools to be supplied with DG set are as under :- (i) STANLEY 91-931-12-Master Tool set-120 Pieces of Make : STANLEY (ii) Cutting pliers 10 " - 01 No

4. The contractor shall submit the manufacturer drawing of trolley for approval before commencement of actual fabrication. Making/Fabrication shall be carried out only after approval of drawings. 5. All the structural materials shall conform to IS 2062. Materials of reputed make such as VIZAG Steel, TATA Steel, Jindal, SAIL. 6. The trolley handle shall be capable of turning 90° in either direction with minimum turn radius for towing by Vehicle. The design shall take care of easy handling for safe operation. 7. Self-lubricating bush shall be provided for trolley handle. 9. The pin/bolt connecting the Base frame of trolley & handle shall be of hardened steel to prevent rupture under full load condition. 8. Suitable Taper roller bearing of make such as SKF, NTN or equivalent shall be provided at the joint connecting trolley to the handle assembly. 9. The locking arrangement shall be provided to restrict the movement of trolley (either loaded / empty). 10. The locking arrangement of all the wheels to the shaft shall be preferably of threaded type with locknut arrangement to avoid wheel slippages.

11. The trolley shall be well protected against rust, etc. Good engineering practice such as free from burrs, avoiding sharp corners, etc to be followed. 12. The wheels are designed of solid tubeless tyres with direct mounting hub shall clearly indicate the MOC of hub, tyre and its size. Type of wheel bearing, number & load bearing capacity, Break assemble for each type etc. The hub and tyres shall be capable of taking a load of minimum 2000 Kgs each wheel and wheel shall have free movement even on rough surfaces. The Contractor shall submit manufacturer’s test certificate for the load carrying capacity of the tyres, failing which such wheels shall not be accepted. 13.. The wheels tyres shall be tubeless of make :- MRF. 14. Each wheel shall have 04 numbers of 6305 ZZ heavy duty sealed ball bearing of make such as SKF, NTN TESTING OF DG SET :Contractor shall be responsible for carrying out of testing of DG set by IEM before commissioning at site. Test report , Purchase vocher , DG manual book, manufacturer's test certificate etc shall be handover to concerned JE and no payment shall be released without the submission of above documents. Documents, fuel, load bank and any other items required for testing of DG set shall be included in the quotatd rate. If desired test report shall not be obtained, the test shall be repeated without any extra cost till obtaining desired test result.

Supply & lay and testing of LT cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 Sqmm 3.5 core, laid in duct / fixed on wall/trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
