Design, Detailed Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Grid connected Solar PV power plant of required capacity as per tender specifications i/c transportation, storage of material, insurance, associated electrical works as mentioned in technical specification enclosed, required civil works including foundation, statutory clearances/ approvals and any other requirement for successful commissioning of solar power plant on “Turnkey/ Single responsibility” basis. The Job includes the following: a) SITC of solar power PV modules (MNRE/TUV certified) above 330Wp-340Wp with poly crystalline technology b)SITC of Power Conditioning Unit/Grid Connected Photovoltaic Indoor Type Inverter of suitable rating (PCU/MMPT/IGBT based with overoad protection and transformer less string inverter, pure Sine wave based 10 KVA) & conforming to relevant IEC Codes with up-to amendments, suitable to operate on DC Input of 1000V and to deliver the AC Output of 380 V on 3 Phase, 50 Hz, 3 Wire System including interconnections, cabling works, Chemical earthing, etc. as required. c) Associated electrical works like SITC of Advanced lightning protection systems, earthing etc. d) Construction of foundation for PV panels with GI fastener and fixture including GI earthing. e) SITC of AVDB andDCDB Junction box complete with fuse with MCB,SPD with 4 Junction box f) S & F of 4 sq mm DC cable, 25 sq mm AC armoured cable as per design for complete interconnections and net metering g) Inverter proection having IP65,weatherproof,fireproof,Ozone resistant,UV resistant.,mineral oil,acid,alkaline and chemical resistant & DC reverse polarity,short circuit,over voltage,over current,surge protection,grid monitoring,Islanding protection,temperature protection h) SITC of lightning arrester of 1 meter copper with required cable i) The setup should have facility of remote monitoring (WI-FI shall be provided by owner) j) Provision of equipment for net metering.All the process related to net metering shall be in the scope of bidder. k) Providing water supply systems & water supply distribution pipes, cabling etc. and providing safety tools like fire extinguisher, sand bucket, first aid kit, PVC insulation mat etc. h) Preparation of Drawings, Deposit of Necessary Statutory Fees and Liasoning Work for getting Approval and obtaining sanction for energization of Solar PV system and associated Electrical System upto evacuvation point at service block from Central Electricity Authority/ DISCOM/Any other Nodal Agency of Central/State Government as required as per technical specifications and special conditions of contract. The work shall include O&M of 5 year of complete setup
