SCHEDULE 'A' PART XIII - STAND BY DG SET

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 160KVA silent Diesel engine Generating Set (The capacity of Generator Set shall be net after all due derating factors as per relevant lSI standard), 415Volts, 3 phase, 0.8 Power factor, 50 Hz, 4 wire system as per IS:10001/ 10002 comprising of 160 KVA or equivalent, developing suitably derated of Minimum BHP @ 1500 RPM, Liquid Cooled, electric start coupled to alternator as per IS:13364 mounted on a common base frame with standard control panel for automatic starting on main control panel having meters, sound proof canopy, integral fuel tank with battery and leads and accessories complete in all respect with emission control device to control the PM within range as prescribed by latest NGT/ norms published vide GSR 804 (E) dt 03 Nov 2022 of GoI & updated till date on procurement of CPCB and CPCB approved acoustic enclosure suitable for ambient condition at Secunderabad including required PCC foundation as per manufacturers specification and confrrming to conditions under IS:10004722/1460, BS:5514/ 2613/ 5000, ISO:8526/3046 with following provisions :-

(A) Alternator : Standard design alternator rated at 160KVA net output at site after considering derating as per site conditions at 0.8 (lag) power factor AC, 3 phase, 4 wire, 415Volts, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self exicited self regulated screen protected drip proof IP:23 enclosure brushless design with widing in pole faces, insulating class 'H' and voltage regulation of ± 1 % at rated voltage from no load to full load. The alternator shall be confirming to BS:2613/5000 and shall be inposition to generate supply with frequency regulation with in ± 1% tolerance. (F) AMF PANEL : (a) Auto Main Failure (AMF) panel made out of minimum 2mm thick CRCA sheet, powder coated of conforming to IS:8623 totally enclosed dust and vermin proof with front and rear openings of 415Volts, 3 Phase, 4 Wire, AC, 50 Hz having aluminium bus bar capacity required to carry current at 100% load of DG set with three phase and half neutral colour coded, prewired with copper flexible cable, all as specified and directed with the following accessories, control cable from Gen set to AMF panel :-

(i) 4 pole contactor of suitable capacty - 2 Nos. (ii) MCCB, 4 Pole as per OEM design -2 Nos (One for Alternator and one for Commercial Supply) with suitable fuse links. (iv) CTs suitable rating for both the supplies. (v) DC Ammeter. (vi) DC Voltmeter. (vii) Push buttons. (viii) Indication Lamps. (xvi) Six window anunciator for fault indications. (G) Acoustic enclosure : CPCB approved enclosure is free standing floor mounted factory built and modular in construction to facilitate easy assembly at work site and will be drop over housing type, which shall consist of acoustically treated panel housed in sheet steel will provide easy access for maintenance, repairs and operation. The enclosure is custom built to suit conditions, with the following features :-

(a) Custom built product for various equipments, with ensure the optimum performance without duration. (b) Rugged in construction maintenance free and modular designs which facilitate easy at site. (c) 16 SWG (1.6mm) thick CRCA sheets to be used for enclosure panel to ensure longer life against weathering action. High quality acoustic insulation materials to be used as per IS:8183 for maximum sound absorption. Acoustic layers are supported by perforated sheets. (d) Sheet metal components of the enclosure should undergo various stages of surfacetreatment prior to painting which leads to be better life of the enclosure against weathering action.

(d) Civil road croossing wherever required shall be done by the contractor. Necessary permission for crossing road/ laying of pipe form GHMC/ Cantt Board/ any other civil department including necessary fee if any applicable is the responsibility of the contractor. No Claim in this regard will be entertained during execution stage. Department only shall assit for obtaining approval. (e) Contractor should visit the site to understand the site condition before quoting the rates. No claim regarding site condition will be entertained during execution stage.

S&F DI specials such as bends (any type, radius or angle) tapers any type (straight, bend, increase, decrease or double socket, etc.,) tee pieces, single 'Y' branch, double branch cross (all sockets, socket and spigots, collars, cap plugs, etc., up to 150mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

EARTHING

M&L for Earthing complete with 6.0mm thick galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt, filling in alternate layer and earth plate connected to galvanized iron earth wire of 4mm dia as earthing conductor by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in Electrical Plate No.3 of MES Schedule (Part I) (2009) connected to earth test point/ main switch/ DB all as specified including testing on completion with and including 15mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe upto 7.5 meter long for GI earth wire including PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 pit with 40mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4, type B-1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia MS bars @ 150mm c/c both ways with lifting hooks made out of 12mm dia MS bars, wire mesh funnel with watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade, as specified including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART XVIII - MANNING AND OPERATION OF STP - PHASE III (DURING DEFECTS LIABILITY PERIOD OF 2 YEARS)

Manning & Operation of Sewage Treatment Plants along with automation & SCADA system of capacities 850 KLD, 500 KLD, 250 KLD & 26 KLD at different locations of AOC Centre Secunderabad installed under BOQ Item No. 27.00 during first year of defect liability period of 02 years for the duration of 24 hours round the clock, starting from next day of certified date of physical completion complete inclusive of all consumables, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, Half yearly & Yearly maintenance of equipment and complete all as per scope of work along with terms & conditions given in Particular Specification Clause 29.14 to 29.14.5 of tender documents. Note : (i) Sewage water for the STPs & electricity required for operation of STPs shall be provided free of cost. (ii) Treated Sewage water will be utilized by MES and user units as per their requirement and surplus water will be drained to nearby nallah. Required pumps and valves for the purpose at STPs are also to be operated & maintained by the contractor. (iii) De-watered sludge will be the property of the contractor for further disposal to any location outside defense land under his own arrangement.
