SPECIAL REPAIR TO FALSE CEILING AND TILING IN BUILDING NO P-12, P-13 AND BASKET BALL GROUND AT GRN BN UNDER GE (WEST) COLABA, MUMBAI

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor & paving n. exc 15 cm thick (below or above GL) unreinforced, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling, mass concrete and sunken floor treatments, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles (light shade) 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the existing shade, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 01 above but on vertical surfaces like skirting/dados etc.

M&L Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in (1:6) for laying floor finishes like tiles etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of ceiling board (Plup insulation or insulation etc) or insulation board any thickness including cover fillet and grid frame work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI powder coated frame work for seamless ceiling 600x600mm grid size comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/ intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.45-0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 40-50mm and flange of 22-26mm each with lips of 9-10mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 7-8 mm thick exposed metal frame ceiling with calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous materials reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 605x605 mm grids, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately.)
