Supplying and fixing of outdoor type 11KV 3 way Schneider Ring Main Unit (RRL) with the necessary Specifications including Charges towards transport of RMU, loading, unloading & positioning including crane charges, Pre commission testing & co-ordination with MRT,etc., complete in all respect complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Specifications :i).Battery: Should be 24V, 26AH, SMF Type with TANGEDCO approved Make of M/s. Exide Industries ltd,Hosur &M/s. Amara Raja Batteries Ltd,Tirupati, instead of 24V,12Ah. 1. Fault Passage Indicator : Should be Provided with self reset type as follows: Phase Fault Thresholds Configurable from 200A to 625A Earth Fault Thresholds Configurable from 40A to 100A (Number of Steps for adjusting Phase & Earth Fault Thresholds at least 4) Fault Current duration range Configurable from 40ms to 500ms in 20ms steps. 2. Protection Relay : Should be as follows : i). Phase Over Current Settings range : 10-200% in steps of 1% ii). Earth Fault Current Settings range : 10-80% in steps of 1% iii).Instantaneous Phase Over Current Settings range : 100-2000% in steps of 100% iv).Instantaneous Earth Fault Current Settings range : 100-1200% in steps of 100% . v).Time Multiplier Setting (TMS) Should be adjustable from 0.01 to 1 in steps of 0.01 7 Modem : GPRS Modem Should be Provided as Per TANGEDCO Specifications. 8.Feeder Remote Terminal Units (FRTU) : The FRTU Should be Provided as per TANGEDCO Specifications. The FRTU has to be mounted inside RMU/Marshalling Cabinet in a closed chamber with ease of access. The FRTU shall be compatible for upload/download configurations from Remote. The MV/LV station remote interface (FRTU) shall include all the functions required to monitor and control MV Cubicles in the MV/LV and MV/MV stations either locally or from remote. 9.Multi Function Transducers (MFT) : 24V DC with 0.2S Class MFTs Should be Provided for all Scada remote Functions as Per TANGEDCO Specifications

Panel Board

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of floor mounting type LT metering panel box made out of 8 SWG sheet with powder coating (simons grey colour) and incoming 500amps porcolin fuse carrier 3 nos with suitable MS angle support, copper bus bar of 40mmx12mm plate, control wiring, including copper earth link, R,Y,B LED indiaction lamps and control fuse, TNEB LT metering provision hylem sheet 6mm thick shall be fixing to prevention of bus bar etc. all internal connection should be terminated by 10 sq mm copper wire, 2 nos of 2x1 m 6mm thick rubber matt with ISI make etc and all complete as directed by the departmental officers. Incoming: 500A TPN FSU switch HRC fuse unit incomer Outgoing: 1) Provision for Providing 415V, 50Hz, 3 Phase static type meter: 8 Nos 2) Supply and fixing of 415V 63A Fuse carrier set: 8 Nos. 3) Supply and fixing of 415V, 63A 4 Pole MCB : 8Nos. with 2 nos. earth bus with 2 runs of No.8 SWG Rigid tinned copper rod with suitable lugs , The capacity of the switch, size of incoming and outgoing cable , Place to which supply is fed shall be mounted on switch chamber The panel board should be mounted on 100mm x 50mm MS channel provided all round at the bottom of the panel. The whole arrangement should be erected on angle iron frame pedestal to be constructed with suitable foundation bolts and nuts such as lowest switch handle is at a height of 1.0m from ground level with necessary connection All the fittings shoud of apporved/ reputed brand. etc., all complete complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers. The brand/ model of the fittings should be got approved by the executive engineer before fixing.

Supply Installation , Testing and commissioning of Auto EMG Metering Panel Box made out of 8 swg sheet with powder coating with 1 no of 200A TPN SFU (Incoming) / with MS angle supports and 200A AL Busbar Plate with 04 nos of 63A TPN SFU(Outgoing) . control wiring, including copper earth link, ,R,Y,B LED Indication lamps and control fuse,TNEB L T Metering provision.Hylm sheet 6mm thick shall be fixing to prevention of bus bar with lSI make etc all complete complying with relevant standard specifications & as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and delivery of 75HP-150HP/56-112KW (which includes LTCT meter panel board, 6Nos. suitable fuse carriers and 3 nos. CT coil) as per I.E. rules and as per safety requirement of CEIG. The design of panel board should facilities for quick operation of switches from the front side. The panel board should be completed with all internal wiring including necessary copper earthing arrangements.

ATS Panel : Supply and Fabrication made up of 8 SWG sheet with powder coated with consists of following EB incomer: 240V MCX 12 Contactor- 8 Nos, DG Incomer 240V MCX 12 Contactor - 8 Nos, Outgoing Control- 63A 4P MCB - 8 Nos with necessary On delay Timers - 8 Nos, Single Phase Preventer - 8 Nos and Internal Wiring - 10 sq mm Cu Wire with suitable angle iron frame work, made with 1.5" X1.5" X0.25" Size MS angle iron complete for fixing the busbars,and MCB Isolators in suitable enclosure, 1"X1/8" Tinned copper flat for 3 phases and neutral, mounted on suitable insulators /seperators, 2 nos of 1"X1/8" Tinned copper flat for earth, mounted at the back to the entire length of the busbar chamber, All switches with inter connections & 2nos. earth connections with suitable copper, All switches with adoptor box and cable entry boxes, Errection of the panel on wall by grouting and finishing,Painting of the panel with one coat of anticorrosive metal primer&two coats of enamel paint, Danger Board & marking of all switches,2 nos.Earthing as per PWDStandard. etc., all complete complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Supply and providing 400 Amps 3 Three Phase 4 Pole Change Over Switch complete. complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Supply and providing Connecter box by crimping etc with electrical connection complete.

Cable

Supply and fixing of brass cable gland for 3-1/2 x 25 sq.mm. PVC armoured LTUG cable with earth connection, etc., all complete complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Supply and providing cable end termination of 3-1/2 x 25 sq.mm. PVC LTUG aluminium armoured cable with necessary aluminium cable sockets by crimping etc with electrical connection complete, etc., all complete complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Supply and run of 4 of 10 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in 32mm PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection by 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour all complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer.

Cable Tray

Supply and fixing of GI Hot Dip / Powder coated 16 SWG cable 16 SWG cable Tray with 300 mm width with 50mm height hanging rod, 6mm base channel, anchor fastener all supporting accessories with labour charges. etc., all complete complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Supply and fixing of Fire Rated Door with frame having shutter thickness of 40mm,Material (steel), Lockset -Dead lock with both side key, Powder coated with RAL paint, fire resistant capacity upto 60 minutes.The above assembly mounted on concrete or brick wall.including the cost of cutting, chipping, concrete packing, plastering, scaffolding all other coveyence etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying & fixing Emblem made up of Stainless Steel - 15" (37 Cm) diameter 2" (50mm) thick offset projection fix at Wall with necessary scoffolding, screws & clamps at West Facing. The cost including Transportation and Labour charges and etc., and directed by the departmental officiers.
