Sch 'A' Part-I (RESURFACING OF PTT AND LINKS).
Material and labour for Premix Dense Asphaltic Concrete (DAC Gde II) with minimum Marshal stability as 1400 Kg, 35 mm thick (consolidated thickness) using PMB (E) –70 Elastomeric Thermoplastic SBS based, all as specified in clause no 1.7.2 of particular specification, made out of polymers and bitumen of grade VG-30 with 5.6 % minimum binder content and cement filler required as per approved design mix , mixed by weight of total mix as in wearing course, using hot mix plant and laid by using sensor paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i). In case binder content as per JOB MIX formula comes out to be less than as specified in the CA , MINUS DO shall be placed on the contractor for supply only rate of binder .However , no plus DO is admissible if binder content as per JOB MIX formula works out to be more than as specified in the CA.Unit rate quoted by the contractor is deemed to include for the same and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (ii) There may be requirment of additional cement/filler to meet desired gradation requirement as per approved design mix . No price adjustment shall be made for use of cement/ filler for this purpose and rates shall deem to be included to account for addition of the filler.OPC shall be used as cement filler , as specified here-in-after.

Material and labour for applying evenly a prime coat / Tack Coat with Performance grade Polymer Modified Bitumen PMB (E)-70, 2.5 Kg per 10 Sqm including cleaning of surface with air compressor to receive tack coat, using mechanical sprayer all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer VG 10 @ 2.5 Kg per 10 Sqm including preparing old bituminous surfaces by brushing with wire brushes and finally cleaning with runway power sweeper or compressor complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for Premixed Hot mix dense graded bituminous macadam (DBM) (Gde-II) base course using 4.50% binder (VG 30 grade paving bitumen by weight of total mix) 150mm thick in two layers of 75mm thick (consolidated thickness) with minimum Marshal stability 900 Kg including rolling and consolidation to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed . Note:- Cost of making ramp in slope 1:100 at the time of days work, with DBM-II as specified above & cutting the same with diamond cutter and machine as specified to commence the progress of DBM work next day is deemed to be included for the same and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account to the contractor.
Providing self adhesive (pressure sensitive) glass grid of grade 'B' having grid size of 12.5 mmX12.5 mm. The glass grid shall have minimum tensile strength of 100 KN/M in both longitudinal and transverse direction. The glass grid after laying shall be pressed down fully with a rubber tyred roller and glued to the pavement surface. The longitudinal overlap shall be 50 mm and transverse overlap shall be 100 mm. Over glass grid, stress absorbing membrane inter layer(SAMI) shall be provided using performance grade polymer modified bitumen as specified @ 1.50 Kg/Sqm and stone chips of size 6-10 mm @ 7.5 Kg/Sqm spread over the bitumen so as to cover 50 % of the area and rolled with pneumatic tyred roller. etc complete all as specified, and as directed.
Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in any discription and in any position not provided including removal of debris out side MOD land exceeding 1.5 KM complete, all as specified and directed.
Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exceeding 400 sqm and not exceeding 50mm deep etc complete all as specified and directed.
Sch 'A' Part-II (CULVERT / PCC FOR RAISING OF LIGHT ALONG RUNWAY PTT , OLD AND NEW DISPERSAL AND LOOP TAXI/PCC 2.2 M WIDE ALONG BOTH SIDE OF RUNWAY)
PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.
Rolling and consolidating of formation surface in cutting using 8 to 12 Tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for 200 mm thick (spread thickness) soling with broken stone of guage 100 to 50 mm, spread and levelled , interstices filled , surface formed and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified.
Forming 20mm wide expansion joint filled with pre-formed compressible synthetic filler board HD-100, applying bond breaker tape on top of filler board for complete width of joint, provision of closed cell polyethylene back up rod 28mm to 30mm dia, filled with polyurethane sealant (minimum depth of sealent above backup rod shall be 20mm), priming the side and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied for thickness of concrete slab complete all as specified and as directed. The sealant shall conform to IS-5818 and minimum MAF + 30% with 10 years warranty.

Make:- VIBGYOR Industries Chandigarh/ Gupta Signage Ambedkar Nagar (UP) / ERCON composites, Jodhpur/Sinor / or equivalent make as approved by GE.
Supply and Fix Link Sign Board with retro reflective (numerals and alphabets) and surfaces having internal illumination for visibility at night, with and including LED lighting system/fitting of approved make having Light output more than 800 mtr and 3500K ,with improved colour contrast and legibility, made of high grade thermoset engineering plastics having monolithic structure to withstand temperature variation from extreme cold environments to sweltering hot conditions and meet the frangibility requirements specified for objects in runway. Taking out existing serviceable runway light fittings including demolition of PCC complete and kept in safe custody for and including re-fixing in position after increasing the height of spike complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
Laying only and jointing cable any type of different sizes and lengths in trenches complete including provision of adhesive tape self-sealing making colour tape to indicate name of feeder for identification purposes providing at each end of the cable before male/ female sockets complete all as specified and directed.
Taking out cable loop from trenches and connecting the feeder cable with adopter transformer/lights and increase the height of existing spike with new spike including testing of cable for continuity and insulation resistance before and after connection. Fixing and testing of any type of runway fittings complete with spikes, glass filters bulbs, breakable coupling and isolating transformer (in separate PCC chamber) in PCC blocks including grouting of nuts and bolts (PCC for chamber and blocks , is to be measured and paid for separately) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note for item nos 5.12, 5.13 and 5.14 :- Cables of any type, any size and adhesive tape self sealing, spikes, runway fitting complete with anchor plate nuts & bolts of any type will be issued under Schedule 'B' free for fixing/laying. Handling of these stores from MES Store Yard to site of work shall deem to be included in the unit rate quoted against respective item.

Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc. on roads, pavements and the like exceeding 10 cm wide with two coats of road marking paint (water based) white/ any other colour approved by user over a coat of primer including preparation of new concrete surface/black top surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil including stone boulders of any size , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
