Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-30 at rate of 05 kg per 10 sqm of road surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content using paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete. Rolling with static power roller of capacity 8 to 10 ton complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L premixed bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (Consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) using paving bitumen VG-30 with binder content 4% by weight of total mix complete rolling with static power roller of capacity 8 to 10 ton complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation for marking strips, straight line, zebra crossing and stop line not less than 1.5 mm thick n exc 10 cm wide with hot applied tharmoplastic road marking paint by using automatic mechanical road painting machine complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles laid dry or laid dry pointed of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath parks lawns drive ways or light trafic parking etc. or required strength thickness & size / shape made by table vibratory methode using PU mould laid in required colour & pattern over mould laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per requirement size and pattern finishing and sweeping exta sand complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair cat eye reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS Stud of suitable size complete as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing in repair retro reflective Mandatory/ Regulatory sign boards of 900 mm diametre with support length of3750 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on ,substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
