S&F of 12mm thick plain gypsum board in ceiling (size of tile as per site) fixed as per manufacturer instructions including prteparation of board surfaces & applying two coats of oil bound distemper of approved complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 122.00 here-in-before but except 12mm thick plain gypsum board NOTE: Old serviceable plain gypsum board retrieved vide Sl Item no 121.00 shall be reused.

M&L in repairs sand stone outdoor jaali 40mm thick 600 to 700 mm height rectangular shape design as approved by GE including laid and jointed in CM 1:3 with pigment to match the existing sand stone etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 40mm thick dholpur stone slab shape polished in cill, design as approved by GE including set and jointed in CM 1:3 and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the existing sand stone etc and 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L cutting holes in brick walls n. exc half brick for inserting hold fasts and making good dismantled portion in PCC 1:2:4 (20mm aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F powder coated aluminium window/ventilator shutters with frame, sliding/side hung type with sash bars including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodized aluminium snap beading screws etc including each window fitted with 5mm thick tinted glass in glazed shutter duco pattern aluminium anodized grill (weight not less than 2.625 Kg/Sqm) and stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia and average width of aperture 1.40mm in gauzed shutter etc complete all of weight and section size as specified in TD drawing No. CEBZ/16/11 Sheet No. 1/3 to 3/3 complete all as specified and directed
