Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed. Notes:-Demolished material should be thrown out side the defence land including loading,transportation,unloading of debris no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor by department.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tilling, any type flooring including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises. Supply and fix joint free non skid coloured Ceramic tiles 07-08 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note:-The texture ,colour ,Shade of tiles & laying of tiles to any pattern & any design with one or more colours shall be approved by GE and Rates also including in this item for necessary raking circular cutting or notching and waste on tiles.

Material and labour for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in of premium quality vertical surface such as skirting, dado, riser to step etc 600mmX 300mmX 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of the tiles over and including 10mm thick rough cement plaster to receive tiles in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-The texture ,colour ,Shade of tiles & laying of tiles to any pattern & any design with one or more colours shall be approved by GE and Rates also including in this item for necessary raking circular cutting or notching and waste on tiles.

M&L for pre- polished granite slab machine cut of any shade as approved by GE of 20 mm thick including over cement screed bed including edge moulding to shape cutting and nosing with suitable hole for cylinder gas pipe, kitchen sink ,WHB, grinding and machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish (Granite finish) with suitable grinding stones and set in screed bed 15mm thick CM 1:4 in single piece for platform complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plasteron brick or stone walls etc.including raking out joints,hacking for key,scrubbing down with water,etc. in any position all as specified and directed..Note:-(i) All the wall/floor and surrounding to be made clean after applying OBD/camouflaging painting to the entire satisfactory of Engr-in-charge. (ii) Due care should be taken by the contractor for cover of furniture already existing in the qte/Bldg.

M & L Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) furnished even & fair using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L applying 2-3mm thick Altek/Birla white wall care putty on wall/ceilling to obtain smooth surfaces and even finish by using vacume based sanding machine,including preparation of surfaces etc.

M&L Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall including cornices, pillasters by using vacum based sanding maching to remove all smoke dust,moulds,moss and efflorescent salts and removing oily and greasy spots etc applying Two coat of distemper oil emulsion of shade as approved by Engr-in-charge with auto paint roller on old surfaces of walls all as specified and directed. Note- Surface to be made even and smooth by filling the depression if any.

Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm bore and connections all as spd.
