M&L for Scarifying or picking gravelled,macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area not exceeding 400 Sqm and depth not exceeding 50mm deep and removing to a distance not exc 50m and all materials thrown from etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness not more than 75 mm) with 4% binder content of paving bitumen of grade (VG-30) by weight of total mix laid including applying tack coat @ 5 Kg per Sqm and rolled with 8-10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber up to outer edges of roads on existing scarified surface of bituminous macadam black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - (i) Cost of testing charges, materials and transportations etc for job mix formula shall be inclusive in the unit rate and no extra payment shall be admissible on this account. (ii) Mix shall be obtained from hot mix plant and spreading shall be done by using mechanical paver only.

M&L for preparation of surfaces of existing black top surface with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning to clean the surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and M&L for applying evenly a tack coat with bitumenous primer paving bitumen VG-30 at the rate of 5 kg / 10 sqm and M&L for premixed hot mix Asphaltic Semi Dence Concrete using 5.5% binder content (VG-30 Grade paving bitumen) by weight of total mix and with thickness of 30 mm (consolidated Thickness) including rolling with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to uniform and smooth surface and consolidation to required gradient and camber all as specified and directed.

Note1 : Cement shall be used as filler at mininum 2% by weight of total mix in event of variation in design mix the percentage of filler content shall be on plus side adopted. (b)SDAC shall be as per MORTH specification Note2: - (i) Laying shall be done by means of self-propelled mechanical paver, finishing with electronic sensor and hydraulic controls with suitable speed and capable of laying, spreading, tamping and finishing. (ii) Mix shall be obtained from computerized hot mix plant and spreading shall be done by using mechanical paver only) (iii) The mix shall be designed by job mix formula and approved by GE. (iv) Cost of testing charges, materials and transportation etc for job mix formula and Independent testing during execution of work shall be inclusive in the unit rate quoted and no extra payment shall be made on this account.

Material and labour for marking lines, dashes, arrows, letter etc 10 CM wide on bituminous surface with retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint with reflector sing glass beads@ 250 gms per sqm area conferming to MOST & BIS specification ,of thickness 2.5-3 mm thick of white/golden/yellow as approved colour/shade and applied with machine as per manufactures instruction including preparation of surface ie cleaning of surface by removing all dust ,dirt,oil grease etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Cat Eye as (Road Stud) two way reflective type of aluminium alloy body of size 110mmx120mmx24mm and weight of 435 gms in Red, Amber or white in colour fixed with and including all necessary items as per manufacutres instructions complete all as specified and directed. (Make - Dark eye (Model No DA 972) or equivalent of 3M/Sun Eyes/Alcolite/Solar)

M&L for machine presses precast concrete interlocking paver block any size and shape conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment over stone dust complete all as specified and direction. (Note :- Stone dust shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items) (Make :- Mehatab Tiles, NITCO tiles ,Metro tiles, Dayal shri Processors)

Dismantling of brick edging (laid flat or on edge) laid dry or curve stone complete all as specified & directed.

M & L stone dust under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation and levelling in layers n exc 50mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor, etc complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing anti theft and anti vandalism delineators PVC rectangular body with body with high visibility reflective tape concealed by plastic shell, no posssibility of it being peeled off, Height 1200 mm, size 100mm, color-white and block including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (200mmx200mmx200mm) type B1, Earth work & PCC work including in job, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

S&F retro refelective sign board of size 2'x3' fixed both sides on stainless steel board.The board shall be made of Aluminium composite panel (ACP) sheet 3mm thick fixed on SS 304 series hollow tubular section of 40mm dia. The board shall be sheated with reflective tape of blue colour,letter/symbol shall be written in white colour writing of approved shape. The sign board supported on 1 Nos post of 60mm dia stainless steel pipe 304 series 3m long with round moulded design on top. Pipe fixed to the ground in PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary excavation and PCC as per direction of Engineer in Charge. ( Letters to be Hindi & English in each board).
