Part (B)- Erection Work

Survey including preparation of schedule of materials, marking of locations (Router Length). GPS Survey of line with co-ordinates of each tower (The length of line shall be authenticated by GPS Survey).

Cost of excavation of 220 KV tower foundation pits including all earth work backfilling levelling etc.

Setting of stubs including all foundation work but excluding the cost of concerting and excavation (Rate per location) for following towers

220 KV DC/DC ZEBRA

Cost of concreting of all type of tower foundation including cost of cement, dewatering, shoring and shuttering, forming, curring but excluding cost of reinforcement bars

1:2:4 concreting.

Erection of superstructure of 220KV DC Towers and Anchor tower and their extensions wherever required including all work above ground level excluding hoisting of insulators, hardware & accessories, but including fitting of danger numer, phase plates, bird guard and fixing & punching for 220 KV SC/DC lines

Tack welding of all the bolts up to the height of one section of the tower or 5 meter from ground levvel whichever is higher with three tacks at 1200 seperation of minimum 10 mm thickness with 10mm/12mm electrode & application of Zinc rich Aluminium paint of the affected surface including cost of all material including tack welding of river crossing tower & Anchor towers.

Installation of steel reinforcement bars in RCC Foundation including cost of steel reinforcement bars with cutting bending placing dinding etc.

Laying, stringing, tensioning clamping, jointing etc of ACSR 'ZEBRA' conductor including hoisting of insulators, fitting of all necessary hardware and accessories i.e. fitting Armour rods, vibration dampers etc, on all Six phases of 220 KV DC line

Laying, stringing,tensioning,clamping,jointing including fitting of all necessary Hardware and accessories excluding Joint Box of OPGW Fiber Optic Cable & testing etc. on 132 KV &220 KV Lines

Grounding work including earthwork etc. pipe type grounding including cost of cake & salt.

Splicing& Installation of joint Box(48 Fibre)

Dismantalling work.

De-Stringing of conductor, disc insulator, rolling of Dismantle conductor and all associated work of all Six conductor

Dismantling of Existing OPGW necessary hardware,rolling of OPGW.

COST ESTIMATE FOR CARRIAGE AND INSTALLATION OF ERS SYSTEM

Execution of ERS (Emergency Restoration System) work for diversion of following lines under ETD-2 BASTI. The job includes the following works. 1-220KV GORAKHPUR (PG)- BANSI LINE

ERS Material Transportation from 400 KV Substation Greater Noida store to work various locations under the jurisdiction of ETD-2, Basti (Dist. approx 800 Km) under Transit Insurance and returning to 400 KV Substation Greater Noida store under Transit Insurance as received originally. Note- all parts of ERS system is to be returned except consumeables like conductor, fitting etc

ERS Tower Erection complete in all respects with anchoring arrangement and safely Dismantling of ERS Material at site 1-220KV GORAKHPUR (PG)- BANSI LINE (6)

(a) Destringing of all 3 phase conductor & Earthwire between towers of following lines 1-220KV GORAKHPUR (PG)- BANSI LINE (1.5 Km) (b) Stringing of 3 phase Conductor & Earthwire in between tower loc no various Line 1-220KV GORAKHPUR (PG)- BANSI LINE (1.5 Km) after erection of ERS tower and jumpering at both end and associated works. (c) Destringing of all 3 Phase conductors of ERS Line section of following lines 1-220KV GORAKHPUR (PG)- BANSI LINE (1.5 Km) and safe removal of ERS Towers after restoration of main transmission through newly constructed M/C Line and properly rolling of conductor in drums (Provided by department) and safely shifting of conductor in the store under ETD-2, Basti.

Arrangement of watch and ward round the clock with atleast 4 nos security guards secutity is each shift at ERS location and from start of ERS installation work to till the dismantling of ERS tower and conductor with hardware fittings is done at various site. 3-220KV GORAKHPUR (PG)- BANSI LINE Note - Transit and All risk insurnace for the expecution of work covering material damage / theft at sites Insurance charge shall be paid to contractor as actual.
