PROVN OF 300 MTR LONG ROAD FROM MAIN ROAD TENGA TAWANG TO CERTAIN UNIT UNDER GE 859 EWS

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L broken stone / boulder for hardcore of guage exc 63 mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surfacecomplete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type D2, (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded aggregate as in sub-flloors ,sub-bases,floors and paving etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B1, (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span,cills,steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings , kneelers, apex stones,bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering ,etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar (1:3) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)and removing the debris outside the defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete masonry Type C-1,(1:3:6) (20 mm graded stone aggregate) solid building blocks or slabs 10cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) setting in Cement mortar (1:6) as in walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfces in CM (1:4) , finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and as directed.
