M/o completed scheme under NA - II North Zone

Supply of STP treated water through 5KL/10KL capacity tankers from DJB STP and sprinkling on roads, vacant land and other vulnerable areas under the jurisdiction of NMD - 2 including supplying and mixing of dust suppressant in water all complete for all lead and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Conditions: 1. The contractor shall be solely responsible for any accident or mishappening during transportation and sprinkling of water through water tankers. 2. Royalty to DJB shall be paid by the department directly. Engineer-in-charge shall decide the frequency of such payment to DJB to ensure non-interrupted water supply. 3. This estimate is merely indicative and is given as a rough guide for the purpose of tendering. The tenderers are advised to visit the site and satisfy themselves regarding the site conditions, accessibility, and availability of materials, labour, and all other factors that may affect the execution of the work. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained on account of any ignorance or misunderstanding of site conditions or local factors. The rates quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to have taken into account all such aspects before submission of the bid. 4. Any challan levied due to dust pollution by any authority shall be payable by the agency. In case the same has been paid by the department, necessary recovery shall be made in the bills. No claim shall be entertained by the department in this regard
