M&L for bricks, sub class B, laid on edge in floors old size bricks bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) of any thickness of any description and in any position not specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Brickwork with subclass 'B' Brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete at any position all as specified.

Ditto- item No. 6 but except brick complete.

M&L for fixing of Galvanized low carbon wire chicken mesh with 1 to 2 mm dia hexagon or honeycomb opening with aperature 12 to 30mm fixed to wall or concrete surfce before plastering work

Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in hold fast or to fix iron post in Brick/ RCC wall and coping etc , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 40 mm thick type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in prepration surface of floors over brick work the surface with using liquid water proofing compound @ 0.200ml/50kg cement during mixing of concrete ived floor tiles. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separatly.

M&L Water proofing treatment walls surface consisting of the following operation :- (i) Cleaning of surfaces by wire brushing brooming removing dust particles (ii) applying 2 coats of amine cured epoxy coating cum primer A film thickness of approx 1 to 2mm should be built up in two coats should achieve Adhesion bond strength 1N/Sqmm , pot life of 30 minutes @ 30C. Before applying primer concrete. (iii) Filling of all brick joints with cement mortar 1:4 (iv) Applying two coat of Chemical Dr fixit Pidifin 2K (v) applying 60/80 GSM fiber mesh setting with chemical Dr fixit Pidicrete URP (vi) final coating with Pidifin 2K and sprinking of sand (vii) After the surface dried, plaster the surface with CM 1:4 15 mm thick. (Note All water proofing treatment will be executed by the authorised representative of Dr fixit or other approved make as per approved make list or approved by GE).

M&L Water proofing treatment on floor consisting of the following operation :- (i) Cleaning of surfaces by wire brushing brooming removing dust particles (ii) applying 2 coats of amine cured epoxy coating cum primer A film thickness of approx 1 to 2mm should be built up in two coats should achieve Adhesion bond strength 1N/mm square , pot life of 30 minutes @ 30C. Before applying primer concrete. (iii) M & L PCC 1:2:4 type (Bo) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate 50 mm thick, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement (iv) Applying a coat of Chemical Dr fixit Pidifin 2K (v) applying 60/80 GSM fibe mesh setting with chemical Dr fixit Pidicrete URP (vi) final coating with Pidifin 2K and sprinking of sand (vii) After the surface dried, screeding the surface with CM 1:4 15 mm thick including finishing even and smooth using extra cement. (Note All water proofing treatment will be executed by the authorisedrepresentative of Dr fixit or other approved make as per approved make list or approved by GE). ).

M&L for Hard core broken stone but n.exc. 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick watered and rolled, rammed to a true surface

M&L for laying 100mm thick plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4, 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster any thickness including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete.

M&L for ready mix plaster 20 mm thick over brick or concrete surfaces finishing the surfaces with sagol finish on plastered surface of internal wall including water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

S&F GI pipe heavy class of 50mm dia including Complete jointing with welding or flange and other necessary fittings such as Socket, Tee etc all as specified.

S&F Brass Gate Valve of 50 mm dia threaded on both end for Socket Joint all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of priming with chalk whiting, on plastered surfaces preparatory to distempering complete.

M&L for preparation of new steel untreated surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel (ordinary tint) over a coat of Red oxide zinc chrome all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in subase of floor, including necessay form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40 Kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre thickness of concrete 25cm or less over sub base including use and waste of side form work in alternate pays and finishing surface of concrete roads pavements including use and waste of side form for laying pavement in bays between joints necessary form work.
