Cutting in earth work in all kinds of soil including spade work pick work, jumper work blasting work and chiseling/wedging out of har/softrock etc. upto all leads/lifts including through mechanical transport, if required, the disposal of un-serviceable materials will be done as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge/ or an approved dumping site. Any damage to the roads/existing property during the excavation/cutting will be restored by the contractor whatsoever the nature of the same may be . The servi eable materials will be stacked to specified dimensions as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in all kinds of earth workincluding spade work, pick work, blasting work, jumper work and chiseling and doing work in saturated soil including storing, struttig and pumping or boiling on water (surface and sub-soil Water) up to any depth wedging out of rock etc. up to all lead and Lifts Exacts including stacking the excavated material clear from the edge of the excavation as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm. layers when required into plinths and sides of foundations etc. consolidating each depositing layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth including stacking of serviceable materials within all lead land lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 Mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in: a) Foundation, footings, basis of columns etc. and mass concrete.

b)Beams, cantilevers, girder and lintelsi) Sides of soffits of beams, beam launching, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1.00 meters in depth in all height.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement:6 sand :12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering in: Foundation and plinth:

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 sand :8 graded stone aggregate 25 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering in: a.) Foundation and plinth:

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 sand :3) graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in : a)Foundation footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete

b)Suspended floors, roofs, lading and shelves and their supports, balconies,beams,girders, bressummers and cantilevers up to all height

Providing Tor Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to any storied height including all lead and lifts.

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/ brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement:6 sand:12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level in Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 sand).

Providing and fixing glass strips in joints of terrazzo floors: a)40mm wide and 4mm thick.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4(1 cement:2 sand;4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)laid in one layer finished witih a floating coat of neat cement 40mm thick.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick pre-painted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyester (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating including fixing with pre-painted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with pre-painted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 20 cmwide 60 cm. overall semicircular plain G.I. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40X3mm bolts and nuts and washers etc. including making necessary conections with rain water pipe complete as per design. 0.60mm thick sheet

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm overall with 0.60mm thick pre-painted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyester organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyester of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating including fixing with pre-painted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm dia & pre-painted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer in Charges

Providing and fixing M.S.BP Sheet 1.66mm to 2mm thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separtely).

Providing and fixing on wall face PVC(D-Plast) Rain Water Pipes of working pressure not less than 4.5 kg/sqm including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete including scaffolding upto all height. A) 150 mm dia pipe.

Providing and fixing on wall faces PVC (D-Plast) Accessories for rain water pipes including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete including scaffolding upto all height. a) PVC Plain bend 150mm dia.

b) PVC Shoe 150mm dia.

Providing and fixing M.S.holder bat clamps of approved design to C.I. or S.C.I pipes embedded in and including cement concrete blocks 10x10x10 cm of 1:2:4:mix (1 cement 2 sand 4 stone graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and cost of cutting holes and making good the wall etc. a) 150 mm diametre

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint: a)In beams, joists, channels, angles, tees flats with connecting Steel work plates or angle cleats as main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like.

b)In gratings, framed guards, bars, ladders, railings, brackets and similar works.

Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric 25x25mm mesh of weight not less than 3.20 kg per Sqm. to existing steel window frame etc. including 20x5mm MS flat acting as beading and including welding rigidly and i/c a priming coat of red lead paint complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work (2nd class) using common burnt clay building bricks in Super –Structure with Cement mortar 1:6(1 cement:6 sand).

15mm Cement plaster in single coat on the Rough side of brick/ concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth up to all heights including all lead & lifts : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 sand).

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design(Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete upto all height

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stopping . a) With enamel paint /other than white.
