Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50mm (base metal of minimum 0.45mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Only weight of grill to be measured for payment).

Providing and fixing of external wall system on Light gauge steel frame work with outer face cement boards as per standard sizes fixed with self- drilling / taping screws / fasteners @ 60cm c/c of approved make. A groove of 2 mm to 3mm shall be maintained and grooves shall be sealed with silicon based sealant. The board shall be fixed in a staggered pattern. Screws shall be of counter sunk rib head of 1.60mm to 4 mm thick or 8 to 10 gauge of length varying from 25 to 45 mm and. Internal face 12.5 mm thick gypsum plaster board fixed on cement board as per standard sizes fixed with self- drilling / taping screws / fasteners @ 60cm c/c of approved make, proper taping and jointing to be done using fiber mesh tape and epoxy and acrylic based jointing compound for seamless finish.(cost of frame work to be paid for separately)

Providing & Laying rubberized Gym flooring tiles made of multi-layered SBR rubber crumbs of minimum size 4-5mm on top and larger size crumbs on bottom layer for better surface adhesion, bound together with high quality polyurethane-based binder. The flooring shall be made of minimum 80% recycled content. The tiles should be of 10 mm thickness and square in shape with size 500mm x 500mm with minimum density of 0.95 ± 0.05 g/cm3 , compressive stress (at 25% deflection) of 19 ± 2 Kg/cm2 , force reduction of 24% ± 3% (relaxation after 30 minutes) and should have CIT value of 20 ± 5 . When subjected to fire resistance test for cigarette burn, the tiles should not emit any smoke. Tiles should be of internationally accepted standard, supported by export orders. Tiles should be fixed with non-corrosive rubber based adhesive as specified by manufacturer.
