Dismantling posts or strut (wood , steel or RCC) any section , including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh or barbed wire fencing, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc. 0.50 Cum, getting out, returning, filling and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc. 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 m and making good surface as in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) .

S & F for mild steel work as in framed brackets of angle or Tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessry, gusset plates, riveting etc. conforming to Fe – 290 Gde E -- 165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Mild steel Round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

S&F for chain link fencing in 4mm dia mild steel galvansied wire mesh n.exc 4 kg per sqm 100 x 100 mm diagonal shape, mesh, made up, including link line wire, in fencing including straining and fixing to wood, concrete or steel posts and or to straining bolts, including securing with and provision of galvanised iron tying wire galvanised iron staples or steel pins/nuts and bolts etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standered rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of ganvanised MS wire stapples or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured)

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type-D2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete.sub base as in floors finished even & fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete M-25 Design Mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers, posps and struts complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item)

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions in rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (SOIL) to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/ dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of and polishing include 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 for fixing of granite tiles complete

Roughing surface of old concrete by picking, sweeping, cleaning & washing down with water to remove dust etc. complete

M & L for brushing neat cement slurry at the rate of 3 Kg per Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for average 25mm PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (Using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof padding/kerbs/sunken slab etc complete all as spd and directed,

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound @ 200ml /50kg of cement as per manufacturer's instruction finished surface even and smooth with out using extra cement including taking down of complete existing cement plaster etc complete all as specified. (Note : WPC will be measured & paid for separately).

M&L for water proofing treatment on non approachable / non accessible roof surface horizontal and vertical surfaces in following sequence through manufacturer / authorized applicator of the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed :- (i) Properly cleaning and drying concrete surfaces. (ii) Applying a coat of oxidized bitumen based solvent primer @ 0.3 Kg / sqm. (iii) Applying evenly tack coat of industrial bitumen 85 / 25 grade @ 1.2 Kg / sqm. (iv) Laying unrolled over the bitumen coat surfaces polymeric water proofing membrane, hyperplas standard weight not less than 3 Kg / sqm with 100 mm over laps shall be sealed by flame as per manufacturer instruction. (v) Applying a coat of aluminium paint @ 100 gm / sqm over and including a coat of hot air blown grade bitumen of grade 85 / 25 @ 1.2 Kg / sqm duly sanded over polymeric membrane complete. NOTE:- The polymeric water proofing membrane shall be extended upto parapet walls and inserted in walls by cutting groove and making good with cement mortar 1:3 as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets, any thickness including cover fillet complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for wall/ceiling of armstrong with aluminium laminated coating on reverse side, sound absorbing of size 60 x 60 cms, 4 mm thick arm gyp coloured board with perforations supported on mild steel powder coated snap grid frame work with supporting hangers comprising GI wire 4 mm dia with size of grid 605 x 605 mm consisting of man and cross tee complete all as per manufacturer instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for wall lining of PVC hollow sheet 5-7 mm thick consisting of 20mm MS hollow square tubes grid and fixed with screws complete all as directed. Make-Syntex/Rajshree

M&L for 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on the wall to make PVC frame as per specification

S&F for steel work in tubular trusses incl spl shaped washwer etc. complete using ERW or induction built welded tubes complete all as specified & directed.

M&L cutting holes into or through brick walls built in cement mortar/cement lime mortar superficial area n.exc 15 sq. cm and making good in cement mortar (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as required

Supply only water proofing compound (liquid), ISI marked.
