REPAIR AND REWEAVING OF CHARPOY GI PIPE NYLON NEWAR AND RECAINING OF ALL TYPES OF CHAIR UNDER GE NAMS AT NAMS

M&L, reweaving of charpoy with nylon newar white 50 to 55 mm wide closely woven with minimum 13 & 33 bend on both sides, weight of newar per charpoy shall be 1.50 Kg to 1.60 Kg weaving and tightening complete all as specified and shown on drg including taking down/removing of old nylon newar and tightening of all components of Charpoy GI pipe as directed by Engr-in-Charge. The charpoy shall be stacked in side or outside the bldg in accountable stacks complete all as specified and directed. FD - 220.

Removing of old/broken threaded long rail from charpoy GI and supply & fix new long rail made of GI tubing 32mm bore (Med grade) both ends threaded complete all as specified and as shown on drg FD-220.

Removal of old/broken threaded short rail and fixing short rail made from old long rail obtained from item No 3 above duly threaded both ends complete all as specified and as shown on drg FD-220.

Removal of old/broken threaded leg from charpoy GI and fixing of leg made from old short rail obtained from item No 4 above duly threaded both ends complete all as specified and as shown on drg FD-220.

Removal of old/broken elbow 32 mm bore three way from charpoy GI and supply and fix new elbow three way medium grade ISI marked suitable for 32 mm bore GI pipe complete all as shown on drg FD-220.

Removal of old/unserviceable check nut from charpoy GI and provn of new check nuts suitable for 32 mm bore GI pipe and fixing to position complete all as specified and as shown on drg FD-220.

Taking out old cracked/broken long rail and supply and fixing new long rail made out of seasam wood first class 75x50x1920mm long duly wrought all as specified and shown on drawing FD-245, 246 & 247.

Taking out old unserviceable plywood commercial grade 12mm and S&F plywood commercial of size 6’x3’x12mm thick (5 ply) on top of bed with support of three stiffners of size 50 x 40 x 800 mm with screw steel complete all as specified and shown on drawings FD-245, 246 & 247.

M&L for head rest made out of soft wood covered on both side with 3 mm thick plywood one side teak face complete all as specified and shown on drawing FD-245, 246 & 247.

M&L for foot rest made out of soft wood duly covered on both side with 3 mm thick plywood one side teak face all as specified and shown on drawing FD-245, 246 & 247.

M&L polishing to hard bed with French polish as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Removing of old/Unsv Foam cushion and Tapestry from Sofa Set and fixing of new Foam Cushion of size 100mm thick for seat cushions and back cushions shall be of size 530mmx 560mm. The cushion shall be of cool foam or any other superior quality foam of 40 density. The Cushions shall be covered with tapestry cloth of not less than 175/- per meter or as directed by Engr in charge FD-373 & 1113.

M&L for replacement of old/unsv short rail of sofa set made out of first class teak wood well seasoned and free from Knots as specified and directed and as shown on FD-373 & 1113

M&L for caning of chair writing with 2mm plastic white/cream cane in Godrej pattern as shown complete, all as specified and directed.
