AMC for 33 kv overhead line drawn from 132 kV /33 kV Nandira substation to 33 kv/3.3kv and 33 kV/6.6 kV/3.3kV substations of Ananta OCP for a period of 730 days.

Amount

Erection of steel tubular or rail pole strut in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling and secured with holding clamps, bolts, nuts, etc. as required.

Additional 8 numbers of unskilled manpower for lifting 12 mtr and above steel tubular poles in addition to necessary Insulators, channels, and angles etc. to a distance of more than 100 mtr and less than 400 mtr at any surface gradient where approch of trucks & other vehicles are not possible.

Supplying and erection of stay set complete (galvanised) with 19/20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm, thimble, stay clamps, bow tightener, 7/ 4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Erection of ACSR (wolf) conductor of 7/2.11 mm to 7/3.00 mm diameter including binding etc. as required. (3 x 1000Mtr X 0.726 =2178kG)

Supply of 6 SWG GI wire

Erection of G.I Wire, 8 SWG in 33 kV overhead line including drilling, binding etc. as required.

Dismantling of over head lines comprising of copper/ aluminium over head conductor, G.I. wire, cross arms, insulators etc. as required. (Conductor 1000 kg, Insulator & Cross Arm= 1200 kG) (Total=2200 kG)

Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of a set of three 11 KV disc insulator (Polymer) for 33 KV over head lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 33 KV pin insulator (polymer type) complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 100 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (9.56 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for three wire 33 KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required .

Supplying of channel iron 100 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (9.56 kg per metre) cross arm for two wire 33 KV over head line conductors complete with 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm angle iron bracket welded to the channel iron and complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) pole top bracket/ cross arm for single 33 KV over head line conductor complete with 50 mm X 6mm flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Erection of Double pole / Single pole 3 wire / 2 wire cross arm for 11KV/ 22KV/ 33 KV over head lines as required.

Providing and making steel pole collar with cement concrete (1 cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 stone aggregate 20mm) of specified size and shape including form work, plastering if required, curing etc as required. (volume of pole/ pipe not to be deducted)

Supplying and erection of a set of cross bracing FRLSame work for 33 KV over head line double pole structure having four members fabricated out of 65 mm X 65 mm X 6 mm angle iron to form a rectangle of minimum size 2400 mm width X 2800 mm height complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required .

Supply of 6 SWG GI wire for making cradle guard (at 5 locatins as per attached Annexure - I)

Erection of cradle guard (at 5 locatins as per attached Annexure - I) as required for 33 kV over head line

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required:

Major Repairing & Maintenance GOABs (All voltage level upto 33 kV) of substation & 33 kV OH line (Such as replacement of GOAB pipes, Rotating assembly & defective spares etc., dismantling & errection of GOAB) (During Erection GOAB will be supplied from MCL)

Minor Repairing & Maintenance GOABs once in every 2 month (All voltage level upto 33 kV) of substation & 33 kV OH line (Such as replacement of nut & bolts, lubrication of rotating & moving parts).

Trimming / cutting of tree branches as per direction of the Engineer In charge/Forman (8 Nos of unskilled manpower each time with cutting tools)

Fault Finding of 33 kV over head line drawn from Nandira 132 kV substation to main & field substation of Ananta OCP (3 Nos of Line man & 3 Nos of Khallasi each time)

Additional MS nut, bolts & clamps, binding wire etc as per requrement from time to time

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
