Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting in roof coverings including ridges, any gauge or thickness,and stacking at site where directed and removal of debris to a outside MOD land and depositing where directed complete all as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling inluding cement mortar bedding (but including backing), stacking serviceable tiles at site and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MOD land complete all as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exc 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from frame) and stacking at site where directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sqm & not exceeding 4 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from frame) and stacking at site where directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified & as directed

S&F factory made pressed steel frames of size 105x60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc, mild steel sheet of 1.25 mm thickness, including filling hollow chowkat frame with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-chatge complete as specified & as directed.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50X47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube supplying and fixing in opening as per specification all as directed.

S&F 30mm thick Flush shutters, veneered solid core construction, with block coard core & plywood face panels commercial type on both side conforming to IS 2202 (Part- I) -1999, including internal liping beading all round fixed as in Door Shutter,Cup board shutter & Kitchen rack all as specified.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular), polished, coloured (light shade as approved), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All same as per item No 28 here-in-above but as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tile including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:3 -do-

M & L non-skid coloured joint free ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all directed and specified.

M&L glazed ceramic designer tiles any shade or pattern as approved of size 350x250x7mm / 450x350x7 mm thick, on verticals surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry including 10 mm thick back coat in CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all directed. (Note for item Nos 28 to 31 : i) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cement screed. ii) Shade / pattern / Colour of tiles shall be got appproved before procurement).

M & L rendering 15 mm thick in two coat ie., 10mm thick under coat in CM 1:4 and 5 mm thick finishing coat in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.(Note : (i) WPC shall be mixed as per manufacturers recommendations. (ii) Quoted rate is inclusive of WPC).

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick work/ block concrete surface finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L preparing new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over a coat of 1-2 mm thick wall care putty as ordered complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resisitance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance dirt resistance exterior paint (Apex -Ultima Protek) of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces applied by mechanical means i.e Airless spray including filing undulations with white cement based putty mixed with multi purpose mixer complete all as directed.

Taking down old rusted / wornout 20 mm bore GI tubing after necessary disconnection & S&F new 20 mm bore CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings fixed on walls/ceiling or laying in floors making necessary connection& testing on completion complete all as directed.

S&F in repair 15 mm bore bib taps cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle,screwed down complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair 15 mm bore brass CP mixer for mixing hot & cold water screwed down for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs Stop valve/Angle stop valve, 15 mm bore, cast copper alloy chromium plated fancy type with long shank and cup concealed type. Make Cera F8040204 or its equivalent

S&F in repairs brass chromium plated shower rose 125 mm dia with or wihout swivel joint, any size, including fixing to steel pipe or union.Make : Prayag or equivalent as approved.

S & F in repairs chromium plated health faucet(ABS) with 1 metre long flexible pipe suitable for 15mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs soap dish of size 125 x 100 mm size of brass chromimum plated all as directed.

S&F in repairs square Grating 100 mm dia with or without waste hole of PTMT. (Minimum weight 100gms).

S&F 32/40mm bore Low density polyyethylene (LDPE) pipes of pressure rating 6 kgf/Sqcm with connecting bracket fixed to waste coupling for basin/sinks complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC connection 450 mm long suitable for 15 mm bore GI pipe including PTMT nuts on both sides complete all as specified.

S&F 550 mm X 400 mm size white flat back vitreous china wash hand basin including chromium plated pillar tap cap stain head suitable for 15 mm bore of pipe , PVC connection 15 mm dia 45 cm long with chromium plated nuts and bolts and suitable washers, PVC waste 32 bore CP waste coupling chain and plug , porcelain stopper including CI bracket fixed in repair complete all as diirected.

S & F in repair Vitreous china wash down water closet pan (Pedestal pattern) white complete including plastic water closet seat cover (Black) closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plate or aluminium hinging device and 32mm dia PVC flush pipe high or low density suitable for low / high level cistern connected from flush out let to WC flushing in let. (Flushing cistern high / low measured and paid seperately).

S&F in repairs vitreous china bowl type urinal flat back, size of 465 x 355 x 265mm (minimum) white including providing & fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with & including 60 mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement, with & including PTMT grating and union for discharge pipe including waste pipe of polythelene of low or high density or PVC 32mm dia complete all as specified.

Dismantling of existing any type & any capacity water storage tank fixed in any description and stacking at site and S&F new 1000 litres capacity (white colour) rotational moulded polythene water storage tank, (cylindrical vertical with close top) triple layer colour white both inside and outside with top cover including PVC float valve high pressure suitable for 25 mm bore of pipe with polythene float, fixture hoisted and fixed in position where ordered and making necessary connection and testing complete all as directed.
