Item No 09 : M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450 mm x 300 mm x 6 to 7 mm thick as on vertical surface eat and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and direct.

Item No 10 :- M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 surface finished fair and even for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 11 :- M&L screed bed or bedding layer 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick/concrete surfaces as in vertical surfaces of dado, skirting, for fixing wall tiles complete.

Item No 12 :- Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness, laid dry or laid dry and pointed in any mortor in floor, apron etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 13 : M&L for 18-20 mm thick granite (of any type) slab rubbed and pollished in cooking platform and like laying over cement 20 mm screed bedding 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 13(A) : From work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar works: not exceeding 200mm this (Horizontal or sloping)

Item No 14 - M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring mirror finished 18-20 mm thick (each slab not less than 0.25 sqm) over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over 20 mm thick cement screed bedding with cement (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 15 - M&L for pre polished Machine cut kota stone slab flooring mirror finished 18mm - 20 mm thick as in step, skirting, dado over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over 10 mm thick cement screed bedding with cement (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 16 : - Rounding to edges of granite stone slabs on edge such as in steps, coocking plateform and other similar situations.

Item No 17 : Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 17(A) : Taking down shutters of nay Description exc 1 Sqm but n.exc 2 Sqm each and surfacing in same opening after edging and necessary repair complete all as directed at site.

Item No 18 : M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, in two layers (1st layer 10 mm thick rendering coat and 2nd layer 5 mm thick finishing coat) on brick work or concrete surfaces, second layer (finishing coat) mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml / 50 Kg bag of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete. Note : Liquid WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Item No 19 :- M&L rendering on other than fair faces of brick work 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 and to be finished smooth and even without using extra cement for internal surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Item No. 20 :- M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling of brick or concrete surfaces of wall and finish fair and even all as specified and directed.

Item No. 21 :- M&L for preparing of newly plastered surfaces and apply two coat of distember oil emulsion white or tinted on walls after one coat of white primer over a coat of 1 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 22 :- M&L for preparing of newly plastered surfaces and apply two coat of white wash on ceilling after one coat of white primer complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 44 : S&F Solid PVC Door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, supply & fixing in opening as per specification & fixing in opening complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 45 :- S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick style consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC “C” channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, S & F in the frame as shown on drawing in section 8 of SSR-2010 Part-II complete all as specified and directed

Item No. 100 :- M&L for rendering 15mm thick on concrete or brick surface in CM (1:3) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instructions and finishes surfaces even and smooth with out using extra cement. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separtely.

Item No 101- M&L for Applying two coats evenly a tack coat hot air blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.50 Kg per Sqm per coat (onecoat over plaster and one coat on polythene film) including cleaning of surface over polythene film complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 102 :- M&Lpolythene film black 200 micron thick laid in floor / vertical surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 103 :- M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 104 :- M&L 32 mm bore GI pipe light grade for spout pipe in sunken portion bore of pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 105 :- Roof treatment for non approachable roof including complete removal of existing roof treatment and re-treatment with following sequences :- (i) Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortor (1:3) mixed with liquid water proofing compound finished the surface fair and even. (ii) Applying evenly a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm. (iii) Applying 3 mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane over the bitumenous coating surface, weight not less than 3.20-3.50 Kg/Sqm and over lap 100mm and sealed by torch application as per manufacture insteructions. (iv) Applying a coat of aluminium paint @ 200 gm/sqm in two coats over polymeric membrene. Note : Liquid WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Item No. 106 :- Roof treatment for approachable roof including complete removal of existing roof treatment and re-treatment with following sequences :- (i) Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortor (1:3) mixed with liquid water proofing compound finished the surface fair and even. (ii) Applying evenly a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm. (iii) Applying 4 mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane over the bitumenous coating surface, weight not less than 3.20-3.5 Kg/Sqm and over lap 100mm and sealed by torch application as per manufacture insteructions. (iv) A coat of hot blown bitumen @ 1.2 Kg/ Sqm shall be applied over polymeric membrane and blinded with clean dry sand at the rete of 0.5 Kg per Sqm. Note : Liquid WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Item No 107 : M&L for cement concrete tiles of size 250 mm x 250 mm x 20-22 mm thick machine pressed set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor and cut and polished with grey cement and no pigment including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 surface finished fair and even for laying floor finishescomplete all as specified and directed.
