Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/apppropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS;733 and IS;1285 fixed with rawlplugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom, and sides with required neoprene felt etc.aluminium sections shall be smooth,rust free straight mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/panelling C.P brass /stainless steel screws , all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.(Glazing and panelling to be paid for separately) Fixed portion (Anodised aluminium transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS;1868,minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) (HSR 17.95)

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS; 12823 grage 1 type II in panelling fixed in aluminium doors. Windows shutters and partition frames with c.p. brass /stainless steel screws etc. complete (a) Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on both (HSR 17.97 (a))

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, windows ,ventilator shutter and partitions etc. with pvc/neoprene gasket etc. complete (cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic items). (b) With float Glass panes of 5.00 mm thickness. (HSR 17.98(b))

Wrought iron and mild steel (using angles, flats, square bars, tees and channels) ladders, grills, gratting frames, window guards, iron doors open able or fixed stair case or parapet or any other type of railing, gates and tree guards etc., including cost of screws and welding rods or bolts and nuts complete fixed in position. (HSR 18.12)

Steel reinforcement TMT bars FE-500 EQR / FE-500 D grade or more for RCC work, where no included in the complete rate of RCC including straightening, bending, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. and placing in position complete in all respects for all heights / depths / storeys / basements etc. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, separately for different diameters as actually used in work, excluding overlaps. Wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods for binding and placing shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement. Preparation of sub grade, including trenching, rough dressing of soil final dressing of earth,to given levels and camber, watering, rolling with road roller, and compacting the bed (HSR 24.1)

Pavement Marker (Cat Eyes) Moulded shank raised pavement markers made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 KG tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to specifications of Category A of MORT&H Circular No. W/NH/33023/10-97-DO III dt. 11.06.1997. The height width and length shall not be exceed 50mm, 100mm and 100 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm. On each side and the slope to the base shall be 35+/- degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19+/-2 mm and height not less than 30+/- mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kg. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer’s recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer (of reputed make such as Avery Dennison/3M)

Regulatory / Infarmotary/Cautionary Sign Board 900 mm x 900 X 900mm Sign board 900 mm x 900 X 900 mm Equilator Triangular as per IRC 67-2001 with retro reflective high intensity microprismatic grade sheeting Type-IV fixed over 2mm thick aluminium sheet with 25x25x3mm angle iron frame supported on single mild steel pipe post 80 NB firmly fixed to ground in foundation concrete 1:2:4 of size 0.60x0.60x0.75m for vertical post complete as per technical clause 801 of MORT&H (Vth Edition) specifications. Manufacturing, supplying and fixing of high intensity retro-reflective signage made out of 2mm thick aluminium sheet face to fully covered with encapsulated lens retro-reflective sheeting of high intensity grade in blue/green colour classification confirming to IRC 67-1977 ": Code of practice for road signs" IRC.30-1968 standard etters and numerals of different heights for use on highways signs as per clause no. 800 of MORT&H specification for road and bridge works (4th revision) of 2001/latest edition. The reflecting sheeting shall be adhered to the base substrate by heat lump vacuum application process. The board shall have back support frame of M.S. angle of size 35x35x5mm. The boards are to be fixed at the overhead structure as per drawing, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete in all respect. Contractor will supply warranty for sheeting clause 801.3.11.

Earth Filling in central verge with an. average lead of 5 Km. duly compacted and as per direction of Engineer-in-Chrage.

Providing and laying 150 mm thick granular sub base consisting of Drainage layer confirming to Table 400.1 Grading - VI of MoRT&H 5th edition, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mix material to the site of work, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve desired density complete as per clause No. 401 of MoRT&H specifications. Note: - 1.Only crushed metal material should be used. No local earth sand shall be used. The material finer than 425 micron shall have zero Plasticity Index (PI). 2. Materials to be used and operations of manufacturing shall be approved by the engineer.

Providing & laying 75 mm thick (Compacted) stone metal (G-I) 63 to 45mm gauge wearing coat to Water Bound Macadam in layer of 75mm each using screening type 'B' compacting with 3 wheeled steel roller/vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including lighting, guarding barricading and maintenance of diversion etc. as per clause No.404 of MoRT&H specifications of road & bridges (5th Revision) of 2013 as per drawing and design directed by the Engineer complete in all respect. Providing & Laying 80 mm thick compacted Bituminous Macadam (BM) in one layer with drum type hot mix plant/100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant and with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with appropriate rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause No. 505 MoRT&H specification for road and bridge works (5th edition) 2013 using minimum 3.40% to bitumen grade VG-30 as binder content by weight of total mix, complete in all respect including cost of bitumen instruction issued from time to time by MoRT&H

Providing & Laying 50 mm thick compacted Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (DBM) in one layer with drum type hot mix plant/100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant and with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with appropriate rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause No. 505 MoRT&H specification for road and bridge works (5th edition) 2013 using minimum 4.50% to bitumen grade VG-30 as binder content by weight of total mix, complete in all respect including cost of bitumen instruction issued from time to time by MoRT&H

Providing & Laying 30 mm thick compacted Bituminous Concrete (BC) in one layer with drum type hot mix plant/100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant and with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with appropriate rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause No. 507 MoRT&H specification (5th Revision) 2013 for road and bridge works (5th Revision)2013 using minimum 5.4% to bitumen grade VG-30 as binder content by weight of total mix, complete in all respects.

Providing & Marking center line / side line 2.5 mm thick (minimum) with hot applied thermo-plastic road marking paint 10 Cms wide / 15 cm wide complete in all respects such as furnishing all labour, materials tools, equipments including all incidental costs necessary for carrying out the work at site conforming to the technical specification clause 803 of MORT&H specification for road and bridge works (5th edition) 2013 / Latest edition. Each container of the thermo plastic material shall have the name trade mark or other means of identification of manufactures, batc number, date of manufacture color maximum application temperature and maximum heating temperature. The thermo plastic paint material shall be of Asian paint- Apco mark / Berger-Sigmarc / Prismo. The glass beads shal be of Potters/ Sovitec / Fleolite. The thermo plastic material shall be sampled and tested in accordance with appropriate ASTM / BS method. The contractor shal furnish to the Engineer-in-Charge a copy of certified test reports from the manufacturer of the thermo plastic material meet all requirement of the specifications. The reflectorzing glass beads shall meet the requiremetn of clause 803.4.2 and test methods mentioned inclause 803.4.2.4 shall be meticulously followed. The minimum thickness specified is exclusive of surface of glass beads the method of thickness measurement shall be in accodance with appendix B and C of BS:3262 (part-3). Note:- Before start of work the contractor shall give brand, batch no. , manufatcuring date of the material to be used and get approved the same from Engineer-in-charge before use.

Pdg. & Fixing Public Information Board Consisting of 15 mm GI Pipe of size 2.45 x 1.15 m with 900 mm x 900 mm GI Sheet 16 gauge connected /welded with 5 mm thick Steel plate of 50 mm duly painted as per column mentioned in the drawing and fixing at site in 60 x 60 x 75 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 block complete in all respect.

Preparation of berms including filling of Earth work, excavation and cutting of earth in all kind of soils including dressing the bank, side slope to given levels and templates after breaking of clouds, including the cost of rolling and watering all allowances for labour hardness wetness irrespective of all lead and lift,but including compensation for earth taken from private land, fields etc and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2 of MoRT&H specification clause No. 305 and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer of the work conforming to PWD specification No. 6.2 and 6.3 and 3.2 and the other specification 1990 Ist edition. As per X-section attached at DNIT at Section-9. Note No. earth work will be allowed to be taken from PWD B&R / ROW except for surplus earth after approval from Engineer.
