M&L for demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for scarifying or picking gravelled exc 50mm deep and not exc 100mm deep macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in are not exc 400Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken stone or boulders as hardcore of guage exe 63mm but n exc 100mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thik, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3, including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 100mm thickness, M-50 Grade with grey cement and pigment, laid over and including 40mm thick (average) sand cushioning and joints filled with sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40kg/sq.cm in field using 400kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25cm or less complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cmx20cmx25mm thick, with grey pigment cement and pigment set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Cement plaster on brick or stone walls incl raking out joints hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc compplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cm (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished & even and smooth without usnig extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preperation of new plastered surfaces of wall applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall applying one coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling post or struts (Wood, steel or RCC) any section and size including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground in natural ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes n.exc. 0.5 Cum and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Angle iron as in posts and struts for fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, of size 4mm (8 SWG) 75mmX75mm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for fencing post complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 Using 40mm crushed graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips Fe-410W (Gde E-250) quality A or Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 12mm dia Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm long & n exc 10cm complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50m wide and not exc. 1.50m depth for foundation footings plinth beams etc in hard/dense soil complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry, built in cement mortar incl all quoins, pillars, arches etc but excluding ashlar facing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with Sub class 'B' brick straigth or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Use and waste of Formwork to chullah hoods chajjas trough and similar items complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing, PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate in roof kerbs of mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not proivded for in Item 159, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm dia & over TMT bars cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooking for columns and binding with M.S wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality confirmining complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No-30 above herein before but 5mm dia and over up to 10mm dia bars as in strirups spacers binders etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new untreated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

M&L for Punched tape concertina coil 610 mm dia, made out of 2.60 mm dia (+ - 0.05 mm) high tensile spring steel wire (1620 MPA) with having zinc coating of 120 gms/Sqm as per IS: 228.Each coil having a min 50 turns (Circles), average weight 7.50 to 8 Kg (+ -) 5% including handle and spikes at both ends of coil erect and fixed on top of the 'Y' Shape fencing, tied to the barbed wire/angle iron with suitable GI binding wires complete all as specified and directed. Returning filling in including spreading, levelling watering & well ramming in layers nexc. 25cm thick in each layers complete all as specified and directed.

Spreading and levelling in layer n.exc 25cm including well ramming watering of excavated material under item no 1 complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.50 M above the starting point. (including filling in floor) for any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.
