COMPREHENSIVE MAINT OF SMOKE DETECTORFIRE ALARM, FIRE HYDRANT SYS AND ALL MISC AND COMPREHENSIVE MAINT OF 13 NOS 10/30 KVA UPS SYSTEM AT VARIOUS WARDS IN NEW OPD COMPLEX AT BASE HOSPITAL UNDER GE (EAST) DELHI CANTT-10

M&L comprehensive maintenance of 10 loops addressbale fire alarm control panel system installed at various wards/area under base hospital during the period of contract every month. Contractor also displays his contact number near Fire Alarm Panel and complaint shall be attended immediately within time frame given in particular specification. Every month OEM's Technician should be check serviceability of Fire detection system and serviceability report of Fire Alarm system shall be submitted by the contractor and also recee to be done for functioning of Fire Alarm system and rectifying the defects:- (a) The contract includes maintenance of Detectors/ Manual Call Point/ Modules/ Sounders, Fire alarm panel card and other item of fire alarm system required in case of damage to the system and Contractor will be fully responsible for smooth functioning of the system. (b) The following equipments are involved in whole system in addition as indicated at Para 1 (a) above:- (i) Main control panel. (ii) Electric incoming panel. (iii) Addreseble smoke detector/ heat detector. (iv) Addreseble Call point. (v) Addresable alarm bell. (vi) Addresable LED Plusser. (c) Preventive maintenance of system on monthly basis. (d) Field service report will be maintained and submitted to JE/AE after every month checking. (e) Maintenance of the system to be carried out on regular basis by cleaning of Detector. (f) In case of contractor fails to attend and rectify complaints panelty will be imposed as per particular specification given here-in-after.

Note for Srl item No 1.00:- The contractor shall visit the site before quoting tender. The quoted rate is inclusive of replacement of all defective major & minor spare parts required for rectification of the system. Any other major parts contractor will bound to replace the same and no extra payment in this regards paid to contractor. Rate for the same is inclusive in quoted rate.

Supply in MS enclosure for MCP with all accessories required.

Supply in addressable MCP with enclosure and all accessories required.

Supply in addressable Loop card with enclosure and all accessories required.

Supply in addressable Multi sensor with all accessories required.

Initial Checking of all items of the Fire detection system and rectification Panel as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Contractor also displays his contact number near UPS system and complaint shall be attended immediately within time frame given in particular specification. Every month OEM's Technician should be check serviceability of UPS system and serviceability report of UPS system shall be submitted by the contractor and also recee to be done for functioning of UPS System and rectifying the defects:- (a) The contract includes maintenance of UPS system and other item of UPS system required in case of damage to the system and Contractor will be fully responsible for smooth functioning of the system. (b) The following equipments are involved in whole system:- (i) Incoming Panel. (ii) UPS. (iii) Rectifier. (iv) Battery. (v) Electric Panel. (vi) Minor parts i.e. wiring and output socket. (c) Preventive maintenance of system on monthly basis. (d) Field service report will be maintained and submitted to JE/AE after every month checking. (e) Maintenance of the system to be carried out on regular basis by cleaning of UPS system. (f) Maintenance of battery to be carried out on regular basis by cleaning and applying Petrolium Jelly. (g) In case of contractor fails to attend and rectify complaints panelty will be imposed as per particular specification given here-in-after.

Note for Ser item No 8:- The contractor shall visit the site before quoting tender. Note for Srl item No 1 & 8:- (i) Contractor shall fully responsible for satisfactory performance of plant parameters during complete duration of contract period. During Compressive maintenance period any type of fault (Major & Minor) occurs in Fire Alam Control System and UPS system contractor shall attending and rectify it without cost. No payment is admissible in this account to contractor. (ii) Contractor should produce MoU of agreement between OEM as mentioned in Sch 'A' Note No 57 on Srl Page No 17 and contractor firm from whom contractor should carry out the comprehensive maintenance for 12 months time. (iii) Bidder shall submit and upload the MoU from any of the firm as per Sch 'A' Note No 57 for Fire Alarm Control System and UPS System for the comprehensive maintenance of above equipments otherwise bid will be rejected.

Supply & fixing in Replacement Sealed Maintenance Free 12V/65AH Batteries with suitable size terminal link for 30/10 KVA UPS. (Make:Exide/Amaron/V-Guard) (Note: Before claiming payment purchase voucher for full quantity of batterries claimed in RAR/Final Bill shall be produced to Engr-in-Charge for verification).
