Submission of the latest spare parts rate list is mandatory and must be submitted along with the bid.
Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
All condition shall be as per tender document.
GST TDS (Tax deduction at source). TDS is applicable in terms of Railway Board's Letter No. 2018/AC-II/1/46 Dated 29.09.2018.
The tenderer(s) may note that the Railway reserves its right to either accept or reject any Bid/s without assigning any reasons whatsoever and tenderer/s shall have no claims on this account.
The contractor shall be governed by the taxes applicable at the place of actual execution of work.
If the tenderers deliberately gives wrong information/credentials/documents in his/their tenders and thereby creates circumstances for acceptance of his/their tender, railway reserves the right to terminate the contract at any stage, besides suspending business for five year with him/them.
P.G. should be submitted as per clause No. 13 of Special Condition of Contract (Non Technical).
