Earth work Excavation for Foundation in all soils and Sub Soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and requiring the sides of foundation

SDR (not requiring blasting) Earthwork excavating & depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m in soft disintegrated rock, laterite, soft rock or kankar, not requiring blasting

MR & DMR (not requiring blasting) Earthwork excavating & depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m in medium rock and dense medium rock not requiring blasting.

Cement concrete 1: 4: 8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever 4 necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick. and with kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications.

Upto 4.50m Height above G.L.

Supplying & Erecting Curved centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10-13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.for the following items. (RCC floor slab, roof slab, Rectangular/ square, Tee/ Ell beams, Lintels, staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc.,).

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement 8 concrete works as per the design Given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with stanard specification.

Finishing the exposed surface of RCC item of work such as slabs, beams, sunshade, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with CM 1:3, 10mm thick. including raking the surface. The rate is to include the cost of providing cement mortar beading or nosing for sunshades & staircase steps, landing slabs etc., complete complying with standard specifications

Plastering with CM 1:3-20mm thick.over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of Water tight Manhole cover with frame size 60 Cm x 60cm including cost of and Conveyance of all Cherges etc complete. Manhole Cover

Towards supply of the following including all etc complete.

i) 7.50 HP open well submersible 200 Lpm x 75 m head

ii) 7.50 Hp Panel board

iii) 4Sqm 3 core flat cable

iv) 65mm dia GI pipe pipe

Towards laour charges for errcting of pump etc.

Towards photo graphic charges including all etc.

GST Amount for providing Service to Government Contract Works for the above Construction & Maintenance Works. { GST Amount is the Total GST Amount for overall quoted amount (Both Construction and Maintenance) above this row in column "BB" for all works in this package} (Refer Clause 13.2 & 13.3 of Section 2 of Instruction to Bidders (ITB) of SBD)
