Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stonework or precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling ,built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings ,dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and stacking the serviceable materials within 100m and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheets any gauge thickness including Nanital or similar pattern roof covering including ridges complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 ( nominal mix ) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary formwork where required complete all as specified and directed.

Walling of random rubble stone masonry uncoarsed well bonded bedded and soilidly hearted built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item no 05 above but except stone.

Hi Steel Clip in false Ceiling System with Steel Tile 595 mm X 595 mm manufactured out of 0.50 mm thick polyester coil-coated Galvanized Steel having 180 gms zinc coating Coil-coated Steel tile shall have a 20-micron polyester-coated finish on front side and a backcoat of 5-micron alkyd primer. Two sides of each tile shall have raised, piped and stopped to ensure positive engagemant into the spring clip in profile allowing for demlition of individual tiles . The rgid susoension system consists two rows of 0.5mm galvanised steel clip in profile od size 38mm installed at 600mm centre to centre spacing to support the tiles.Wall suspesion Wall Suspension angles /Hangersof size 24 mm X 24 mm X 0.4 mm thick are fixed to the roof by expansion fasteners. Wall suspension angles to be made out coil coated Steel matching the color of the tile. They will be jointed to the clip-in-profilr system by hold on clamps. The Tiles/Planks shall be held in place by pressure clips as per manufacturer's instructions for spacing. in the flexible system the hanger and butterfly clip shall replace the suspension angle, including necessary scaffolding as per manufactruer,s specifications/instructions, including dismantling old board complete all as specified. ‍

Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/ intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre including Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified including 8mm thick, calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25 mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200 mm centre to centre, including finshing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seam less finish including necessary scaffolding as per manufactruer,s specifications/instructions, including dismantling old board complete all as specified.

Prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified, all as specified and directed.

Prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge, hips, valley/ eaves/ rain water gutters, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed), fixed with self tapping screws all as specified

0.63 mm thick, galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts , in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 gms per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 11 above but except sheeting

0.63 mm thick, galvanised, plain mild steel sheeting as in ridges, hipe, valley gutters, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 gms per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Rolled mild steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to grade Fe 410 -W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A, complete all as specified and as directed.

75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed. .

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand;, complete all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down cement plaster, complete all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6(1 cement :6 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork or on one side of lathing, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down cement plaster, complete all as specified.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces or un plastered, previously undecorated wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of alkali resistant primer , complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces or un plastered, previously undecorated wall surfaces and applying two coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

G I tubing medium grade of 20 mm bore with all fittings and fixtures fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floor /trenches including taking down old tubing complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exceeding 250 Lires but but not exceeding 500 litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc, complete all as specified.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exceeding 500 Lires but but not exceeding 1000 litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc, complete all as specified.

20mm bore, Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight - 2 1 0 g m s .), fixed in repair, complete all as specified.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank 500 Ltrs capacity four layered (ISI Marked) cylinderical vertical with closed top, hoisted and fixed in position with ball brass valve, high pressure with PVC float valve 20mm dia with polythene float and fly nut, tank nipples with check nuts and washers complete and making connections with existing water supply line, including dismantling old tank any type, complete all as specified.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank 1000 Ltrs capacity four layered (ISI Marked) cylinderical vertical with closed top, hoisted and fixed in position with ball brass valve, high pressure with PVC float valve 20mm dia with polythene float and fly nut, tank nipples with check nuts and washers complete and making connections with existing water supply line, including dismantling old tank any type, complete all as specified.

Deduct Credit Amount as per Schedule of credit as details given on Srl Page No 21 of tender doucments.
