Construction of Temporary L.T. line, Installation and Repairing of Street Light and other Miscellaneous works in Jhusi Area from Old GT Road to End of Mela East side of Ganga River including Safe Carriage of Material during Magh Mela 2024

Construction of Temporary L.T. line, Installation & Repairing of Street Light and other Miscellaneous works in Jhusi Area from Old GT Road to End of Mela East side of Ganga River, during Magh Mela 2023-24 which includes loading, unloading and carriage of all required materials from Store centre Naini to Mela Area and dismantling of all materials after completion of mela and Carriage back to Store Centre Naini, Prayagraj. (MS Nut & Bolts with washer for all related works will be provided by contractor on rental basis).

Construction of L.T. line single phase 4 wire by ACSR weasel/Dog conductor after erection of 9 Mtr. Long S.T.P. alongwith guarding with the help of 6/8 SWG G.I. wire (minimum 8 nos latching per span on main roads and 4 No. latching per span in other area) & earthing of poles.(contractor will provide 05 gang for construction of LT line. per gang comprising 02 skilled and 08 unskilled persons )

Maintenance of L.T. Line single phase, 4 wire by providing maintenance gang round the clock for complete Mela period.(contractor will provide 03 gang round o clock for maintance of LT line. Each gang comprising 01 skilled and 02 unskilled persons)

Dismantling of L.T. line single phase, 4 wire after completion of Mela period.

Testing, Checking & Installation of LED Street Light Fittings including Repairing & Maintenance (as per requirement such that contractor must only install working condition street lights (all required material for repairing will be provided by contractor)) by Mounting & fixing of street light bracket with clamps and LED street light fitting, on erected S.T.P. in proper position and making electrical connection. (LED Light, Street light bracket with clamp will be provided by the department, rest all required materials will be provided by the contractor) which includes loading, unloading and carriage of all required materials from Store centre Naini to Mela Area and dismantling of all materials after completion of mela and Carriage back to Store Centre Naini, Prayagraj.

Installation, Maintenance & Dismantling of L.T. P.V.C. Cable Laying of following L.T. P.V.C. Cables for giving 24 hours supply during Magh Mela 2023-24,which includes loading, unloading and carriage of all required materials from Store centre Naini to Mela Area and dismantling of all materials after completion of mela and Carriage back to Store Centre Naini, Prayagraj.

Providing Camp Connection with conduit wiring , installation of MCB with box and Light Fitting in camps, premises, shops etc. by fixing, fitting, tapping of connection from nearest mains with 2 core insulated cable having no joints except end terminal and all such materials required for actual energisation of these light points irrespective of their distance inside the camps, shops, premises etc will be provided by the contractor on rental basis. (All wiring should be done in PVC conduit, PVC conduit with all accesories will be provided by contractor on rental basis) (contractor will provide 10 gang for camp connection, maintance and dismantling after mela per gang comprising 01 skilled and 01 unskilled persons )

Providing Bulk supply/single points connection to Mela Area for administrative camps and all essential services by providing following capacity of distribution board (Distribution board along with all required accesories will provided by contractor on rental basis) during Magh Mela 2023-24 and dismantling after completion of Mela period.

Installation of Distribution board of size 2.5'x2' on wooden board with cutout of 200/100/63 amp as per requirement of site for three phase along with neutral link on rental basis. The distribution board should be fixed on iron angle frame at the height of 5' from ground level.

Installation of Single Phase/Three Phase (as per requirement) Distribution board having capacity of 32/16/5 amp on wooden/PVC board on rental basis.

Providing 5 Amp Socket Point connection for Charging Mobile/Battery for communication & biometric system will be provided by the contractor on rental basis.(Socket Point must not be inside Camps and be in open area)

Installation of Switches 5/15 Amp will be provided by the contractor on rental basis.

Painting of 9.0/11 Mtr. long ST poles (Silver Paint with Red Oxide Coating) upto 7 feet from ground level at main road and ghats, Installed pole which erected on main roads, different offices during Magh Mela 2023-24. (All required materials will be provided by the contractor).

Providing and fixing of electrically insulated of Flex at the 9.0 Mtr pole Tri Colour flex sheet .
