Earthwork in open / Surface Excavation not exceeding 300mm in depth but exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10 sq.m on plan in all types of soil, mixture of gravel and disintegrated rock, hard stiff clay including grading and levelling neatly by breaking clods, disposal of excavated earth upto 2.00 Km lead & lift upto 1.5m, (Disposed soil to be levelled by breaking clods, if any and neatly dressed) etc., all complete as per specifications.

Supplying and filling river sand in park area and foundation including cost of conveyance from quary, stacking at specified location for taking premeasurement, conveying to the required location, spreading the sand in uniform layers not exceeding 100mm thickness, levelling the top surface as required etc., all complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position of plain cement concrete using hard granite broken stone for all insitu levelling courses in foundations, floor, roof screeding, encasing pipes, etc., including mechanical mixing, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, dewatering, if any including the cost of formwork etc., all complete as per specifications.

Providing and constructing 110mm thick brick work for partition/kerb walls in cement mortar 1:4 using well cured flyash bricks of class 5 (non-modular) made up of using Flyash + Sand + Lime + additves (Gypsum/Cement) with waterproofing chemicals and accelerators confirming to IS-12894 or latest edition including suitable scaffolding, raking out joints, continuos curing for specified period, etc., all complete as per specifications and drawings

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5, 12mm thick for brickwork / Concrete on its external faces at all lifts including scaffolding, curing and forming grooves wherever necessary all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in­charge. [Note: 6mm premium glass fibre of make Dugar & Co or Recron shall be mixed with Cement @ 60 gms of glass fibre per 50kgs of cement]

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge prefabricated cement concrete interlocking Solid / perforated paver block of M-30 grade made by table vibratory method using PU moulded with strong vibratory compaction of approved size, design, shape, laid in required colour and pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand including cost of sand filling, levelling with required slope, ramming the surface, watering, consolidation using vibratory earth rammers, filling the joints with sand, cleaning, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in­charge.

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying old cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design / shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. ( Note:- Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

Painting doors, windows, grills, pipelines, and rolling shutters with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and shade, at all heights, including the cost of all materials, scaffolding, and labour preparing the surfaces by thoroughly cleaning, scraping, rubbing, and applying filler material wherever necessary to ensure a smooth finish etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing the following children's play equipment's of make 'Arihant' (or) 'Ankidyne' made up of GI pipe, FRP, sheets, Galvanized sheet metal components, PU coating exposed metal surface, etc., as per manufactured drawing including transporting, erecting the play equipment's over RCC pedestal, etc., all complete as per manufacturing specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- Cost of Earth work & Concrete works for erection of equipment's will be paid for separately under relevant items.

Providing and fixing the following Science Park equipment of make 'Arihant' or 'Ankidyne' or other approved equivalent make fabricated using GI pipes, FRP sheets, galvanized sheet metal components, and PU-coated exposed metal surfaces, complete as per manufacturer's design and specifications, including transportation, handling, and erection over RCC pedestals, all complete as per manufacturer’s guidelines and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The cost of earthwork excavation and concrete works shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items.

Painting all types of metal surface with Two coats of PU finish paint of make MRF (Metal coat) or other approved make over one coat of epoxy zinc phosphate primer of make MRF (Metal coat) or other approved make and using thinner 1110 Ep for epoxy primer and thinner for finish for metal coat paint including preparing the surfaces by thoroughly cleaning, scraping, rubbing, and applying filler material wherever necessary to ensure a smooth finish, applying primer coat, applying metal paste wherever required, making surface smooth by sanding, applying two coats of PU finish paint, scaffolding etc., all complete at all lifts as per manufacturer instructions and specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
