Meterial and labour for removing the smoke detectors/respose indicators from below/above the false ceiling of any height, disconnect the electrical connection and cleaning the smoke detector,/respose indicators checking on bench for its proper function, refixing the detectors with reconect the electrical connection with suitable size of nut bolt & washers in fall celing boards and ensure the cable connections etc all as directed

Material and labour for repair/service/cleaning ,checking and callibaration of auto/manual operation fire fighting control panel with servicing of main/jockey pump starter, auto/manual operation and main Diesel pump operation with respect water pressure switch of pipe line, auto cut operation of jockey pump etc and ensure the proper functions of panel all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The cleaning materials, NO/NC contactors deemed to be included in quated rate

M&L for Comprehensive maintenance of 50 HP diesel driven pump set for routine/preventive maintenance checks at least twice in a month, checking up of engine and pump for trouble free functioning and attending break downs/ complaints as and when required for smooth functioning, servicing (Oil Changing of engine once in contract period) all as directed The comprehensive maintenance includes the following works:-Note :-(a) Taking out & removing unserviceable/defective parts/spares, cleaning, servicing, oiling and greasing of necessary parts, refixing the serviceable parts in position after servicing, replacement of unserviceable parts including draining-out of existing engine oil and filling new engine oil of same grade and filters, refixing of all accessories, making functional and testing on full load complete all as directed (b) The Item rate quoted includes of fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new part. The new replaced parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of Sch "A" as supply only, but the quoted rates are inclusive of replacement of small/minor parts such as nuts, bolts, washers, locking nuts small springs, "O" rings, screws/ gaskets/ packing/studs etc. (c) Engine oil shall be drained out carefully, collected by the contractor in his own suitable containers and stored properly (d) Fresh engine oil shall be measured and paid separetely under respective item of Sch "A". However the cost of filling is deemed to be included under the rates quoted by the contractor (e) All servicing of fire pump shall be done by the reputed staff of OEM. (f) attend the emergency breakedown/unserviceablity with in 24 hrs without any extracost all as directed
