Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400sqm and exc 50mm and nexc 100mm deep

M&L 200mm thick (Spread thickness) soling with broken stone boulders or quarried stone 40 to 80mm size, interstices filled, surfaces formed, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10 ton power roller.

M & L 150mm thickness (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) laid in two layers of 75mm each, grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant, material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. The finished tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013.

Preaparing WMM surface by brushing with wire bushes for removing caked mud etc. Sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc picking gravelled macadam or bituminious macadam surface in area not exc 400 Sqm and exc 50 mm and not exc 100 mm deep including removing to a distance not exc 50 m and stacking all as specified and directed.

M& L for 2 Applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate o application of 0. 7-1 kg/sqm on surface WMM/WBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and specified and as directed

M & L for bituminous macadam not exceeding 75mm thickness (compacted thickness) using hot mix plant and mechanical paver with 4% binder (paving grade bitumen VG-30 grade) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted with power roller 8 to 10 tonnes to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed Note :- (i) Bituminous macadam shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper. (ii) The exact bitumen content required shall be detrmiend as prt IRC 27 : 2009. The adjustment in rate due to variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced at the rate of SSR 2020

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bitumen primer @ 2.5 kg/10 Sqm (paving bitumen grade VG-10) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for semi dense bituminous concrete 40mm (compacted thickness) using graded cushed stone aggregate premixed with binder (paving grade bitumen VG 30 grade) @ 5.5% by weight of total mix & hydraulic lime filler, rolled the surfaces by using 8 to 10 ton capacity power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed Note :- (i) Semi dense bituminous concrete shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper. (ii) The exact bitumen content required shall be detrmiend following the Marshall Mix Design procedure contained in the Asphalt Insitute Manual MS-2 (Sixth Edition) as referred in case 3.5.3 of IRC 111: 2009. The adjustment in rate due to variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced at the rate of SSR 2020

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1Sq.m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scouring sunken surface in roads, paths, etc, cutting arround edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming including with supply of road metal complete all as specified and directed

M&L for adequate no of coats painting lines, deshes, arrows, letters, etc on roads pavements and the like area n.exc 10cm wide with road marking paint (thermo-plastic), white or golden yelow complete all as spd and directed

Supply & Fixing in repairs road convex mirrors outdoor type made of one piece polycarbonate of size 80cms including fixing with mounting pole and necessary foundation for post of size 300mm x 300mm x 45mm with M15 (nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate and making surface good complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

S&F in repairs ABS solar LED studs of standared size 120mm x 25-32mm, solar controller, fixing with epoxy adhesive, anchoring bolt, nail etc as per manufacture insructions etc

M&L for 500mm x 350mm x 50mm Modular Deisgn Rubberized Speed Breakers having not less than 40 Tons Load Bearing capacity, in alternate black and yellow combination, having good visibility, UV, Moisture and Temperature Resistant (Make : SE-SBP1010, or equivalent), inclusive of 80 mm long fully threaded, round stainless steel speed breaker nails having load bearing capacity of more than 40 Tons of required diameter complete all as specified and directed

M&L for round 40 inches high, 50mm dia prepainted Mild Steel Delineators having thickness not less than 2.5mm, fixed in place by necessary foundation post of size 125mm x 125mm x 45mm of M15 (nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate and making surface good complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.to be fixed in road side kerbs of size 30x45 cms of minimum thickness 10 cms complete all as specified and directed
