Annual maintenance of Electrical installation at Marine Club and DSS Bungalow, water cooler and water purifier at Marine dockyard and DSS office complex in Port Blair for the period of one year (2021-2022).

Checking all the electrical installations provided in Marine Community Centre (Marine Club) of DSS i. e repair and replacement of fused tubes, bulbs, chokes, switches, swicth gears, plug points, garden lights, street lights, wall mounting fan, ceiling fan and accessories as per Annexure-I and attending other electrical maintenance nature of works as and when arises or as directed by the Engineer in Charge in time to time, checking the connection in the pillar box excluding cost of materials required for replacement which will be supplied by department on free of cost but including all labour charges, minor tools and plant, scaffolding charges and transportation charges of materials to worksite, GST, Labour welfare cess etc., complete.

Checking all the electrical installations provided in DSS bungalow at Marine hill i. e repair and replacement of fused tubes, chokes, switches, switch gears, plug points, garden lights, street lights, ceiling fan, wall mounting fan and accessories, Tower and Split Air conditioners, Invertor, Batteries, Television, Electric Motor etc., as per Annexure-II and attending other electrical maintenance nature of works as and when arises or as directed by the Engineer in Charge in time to time, checking the connection in the pillar box excluding cost of materials required for replacement which will be supplied by department on free of cost but including all labour charges, minor tools and plant, scaffolding charges and transportation charges of materials to worksite, GST, Labour welfare cess etc., complete.

Checking all the Water purifiers, Water coolers, in DSS office complex , Passenger resting shed in front of STAR ticketing counter, Information cell, marine workshops, siddhartha building, DSS bungalow etc., i.e. repair and servcing as per the periodic schedule by the manufacturers prescribed as and when repairs and services arises or as directed by the EIC from time to time, servicing and replacing of the micron filters, carbon filters, float ball, UV Ballast and lamp, carbon candles, membrane, booster pump, sediment filters, RO pipes and other spares in water purifiers and water coolers as per Annexure-III. The spare parts required for replacement are to be arranged by the contractor and the cost of spares as per actual will be reimbursed but including cost of all labour charges, technician, minor tools and plants and transportation charges of materials to worksite, GST, labour welfare cess etc., complete.
