Improvement to Right Service Bank Road of Sapua Link Channel from RD 2.100 Km to RD 5.330 Km of Sapua Badjore Irrigation Project.

Construction of granular Sub-base by providing close graded Granular sub-base Grading-III material as per table 400-1, spreading in unifrom layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC , and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works(4th. Revision) including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, hire and running charges of machinaries, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works(4th. Revision) including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, hire and running charges of machinaries, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing & applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.60Kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MoRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works (4th. Revision) including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, hire and running charges of machinaries, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works(4th. Revision) including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, hire and running charges of machinaries, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over a previously prepaired surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 504 of MoRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works(4th. Revision) including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, hire and running charges of machinaries, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete Grade-II with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penitration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compactionas per Clause 508 of MoRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works(4th. Revision) including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, hire and running charges of machinaries, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing good quality moorum and spreading in uniform thickness on both side flanks of road surface including watering and rolling with PRR, hire & running charges of machineries including cost, carriage, royalty, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation, loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kinds of soil including stoney earth, gravel and moorum etc interspread with boulders upto 1/2 cum size with all lifts and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from work site as per the specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within an initial lead of 1km from the place of excavation complete including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, hire and running charges of machinaries, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with clean coarse sand, well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, hire and running charges of machineries, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete of M-15 grade using 20 mm down graded size hard granite crusher broken chips of approved quality, colour and texture free from weathered & skinned and sharp sand of approved quality from approved quarry, mixing, hoisting, lowering and laying in position, compacting and curing for specified days including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, hire and running charges of machineries, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Rigid smooth centering & shuttering for plain C.C / R.C.C. works in walls including false works and dismantling the same after specified days of casting including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges, and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge. Providing weep holes in Brick masonry /Plain / Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall / return wall using 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing force at regular interval including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P and workers welfare cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with excavated materials laying in layers not exceeding 0.30M in depth including well watered and rammed including cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all leads and lifts, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5Kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & Clause 305 of MoRT&H specification for road and Bridges works (4th Revision) including cost, conveyance,royalty, taxes of all materials, hire and running charges of machinaries, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.
