Distempering Two coats with good quality of approved distemper including cost of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing applying and proper curring etc., Complete as per Standard Specifications for 10 sqm

Dadooing the walls with glazed tiles of 30 c.m x 30 c.m 6mm size laid in cement mortor 1:2 mix 10mm thick and pointing with 0.40 kg white cement per m2 etc.

Laying with new C.C. Laminated tiles (Like Dora tiles Eurocon tiles etc),(anti skid) of 20mm thick of approved spl quality and set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (1 of cement and 3 of sand ) 20mm. Thick using river sand and pointing with colour cement using at the rate of 0.40 kg/M2 and mixing with colour pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg/M2 including finishing complete with Standard Specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers etc.,

Supplying and fixing in Position of Indian Oriya pan type water closet with “P’’ or “S’’ trap to set in brick jelly concrete 1:4:8 Mix concrete 10 cm thick using 20mm brick jelly and top finished with c.m. 1:3 mix 20mm thick without any leakage etc. complete.

Providing & Fixing 160mm dia 6ksc PVC Sanitary pipe of the following dia with necessary T.W.Clamps Plugs, Shoes, Bemds, other clamps, Screws nails etc., complete complying with standard specification. The rate is inclusive of cost of removable iron gratings of appropriate size. The size of Teak wood plugs used is 150 x 25mm in front & 200 x 75mm in rear (wall side) with a depth of 110mm. The pipe is to be fixed by means of "U" clamps at the centre of pipes to be fixed. 160mm dia PVC pipe (4Kg/Sq.Cm)( S.O.R Sno 213)

Supply and fixing of PVC nahini/floor trap with stinless steel gratings 100mmx75mm including all charges etc,comlete asper standard spesification.
