MAINTENANCE OF OTM AND MD BLDG, AND INTERNAL

Petty repairs to joinery works such as easing of doors, windows, kitchen cabinets , refixing builder hardware gauge etc by providing glue nails and screws to the satisfaction of user and rectifying other misc minor carpentary works assigned by the Engneer In Charge. Notes : (i) Replacement of builders hardware if required shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Contractor or his authorised representative will collect such type of complaints from AKASH VIHAR complaint cell of AGE B/R - I at 8.30 AM on daily basis except sunday /Holiday. No extra payment shall be made on account of collection of complaint. (iii) Complaint must be attended within 24 hours of receipt of complaint else recovery of Rs. 100/- per complaint/ per day will be Charged.

Petty repairs to plumbing/internal water supply works such as repair to leaking bib taps, pillar taps, mixers, stop cocks by tightening and providing washer repair to float valves, low leveled cistern by mixture adjustments leaking water supply lines by tightening the GI fitting or refixing W/S or sanitary fixtures using thread/teflon taps and including small GI fittings such as GI elbow, socket, union etc as required at site to the satisfaction of user as assigned by the Engneer In Charge. Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Demolition of Cement Concrete floor/ terrazo tile floor of any description and in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) finished fair & even as in Sub base flooring complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles, coloured, of size 350 x 250 x 7mm / 450x350x7mm, as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7-8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm in floors surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or colour cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7-8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm in skirting surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7-8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm in floors surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or colour cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors & wall, laid bedded & pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.
