Supply and laying XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor Multi standard cable 1100 volts grade in trenches ducts, pipe on walls, poles including suitable size of thimbles, nuts and bolts of following size, complete all as specified and directed. Supply, install testing and commissioning CPRI approved weather and vermin proof LT feedar pillar box (Panel board) factory fabricated outdoor type totally enclosed made out of 3.15 mm thick sheet metal enclosure of suitable size, with angle iron frame of MS angle 40 X 40 X 6 mm suitable for operation on 3 phase 4 wire, 440 volts 50 Hz system, with hinged panel doors (covers) on both two sides with handles, bottom gland plate and locking arrangement consisting suitable and sufficient nos circular cable entry holes at bottom only with suitable PVC/rubber bushes to prevent ingress of water/vermin etc, inside the enclosure, the required nos of holes to be fixed with chromium plated brass cable glands for cable entry and exit complete with necessary internal wiring with stranded copper conductor PVC insulated cables of adequate size, duly powder coated (15 micron) grey hammer tone with one coat of including connecting with LT armoured incoming and outgoing cables with suitable size of cable lugs and angle iron stand stand of height not less then 2.5 Feet from AGL with earth work, PCC fountation and other connected items complete all specified and directed and consisiting of following :- (a) Aluminium bus bar of 600 Amp current rating capacity, length as actually required at site for 3 phase and neutral, mounted on epoxy/FRP bus bar insulator (b) MCCB 315 Amps 4 Pole 36 KA, 415 V - 01 No for incoming. (c) MCCB 100 Amps 4 pole 16 KA, 415 V - 05 for outgoing . (d) MCCB 63 Amps 4 pole 16 KA, 415 V - 04 for outgoing .
