REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF SEWAGE LINE, CLEANING OF SEPTIC TANK, MANHOLE, SOAKAGE WELL AT VARIOUS UNITS UNDER AOR OF AGE B/R-I AND AGE B/R-II OF GE 873 EWS

Cleaning /clearing blocked sewage lines of any dia & description at any depth and blocked /filled WC (any type) by heating pipe line with blow lamp, by roding, pumping, desludging etc or by any means and make sewer line functional including disposal of debris, spoils and sludge etc hygienically complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) One skilled sweeper will report daily at Khalsar complaint cell at 0830 hours to receive day to day complaints. (ii) All sewage complaints must be attended immediately on receipt but not later than 24 hours. (iii) Recovery (penalty) for not attending complaint beyond 24 hours shall be Rs 200.00 per complaint per day delayed.

M&L for cleaining of spot blockage of floor trap, nahani trap, gully trap, urinal out let trap, WC (indian or EWC), WHB, Sink outlet by removing the CP or PVC grating and CI oval access door etc of any of any type including cleaning of sludge, cleaning of blocked /filled WC (any type) by heating pipe line with blow lamb/ roding the CI /SGSW pipe of any dia upto first manhole /giully trap after taking off the cover and placing the same in position after cleaning and removing the waste material /sludge etc to a distance upto 500 m and burying the same in ground by digging pit of suitable size and to cover the same with earth al as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Desludging the solid sludge from septic tank, soakage well including inlet/out let chamber removing out all scum, silt reduce sludge (both organic /inorganic nature) after plugging the incoming sewage line through combined high pressure water jetting curved suction (vacuum) type machine mounted on LMV/HMV and facility high pressure vacuum and removing and dumping of the same in tank to a place outside cant at the place marked for the purpose by local municipality or the auth controlling the area as directed as directed by Engr-in -charge .

Taking out/ pumping contaminated sewage water from septic tank/ soakage well including inlet/outlet chamber after plugging incoming sewage line suction (vacuum) type machine mounted on LMV/HMV and facility high pressure vacuum and removing and dumping of the same in tank to a place outside cant at the place marked for the purpose by local municipality or the auth controlling the area as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of internal dia of 150mm (salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar as in sewage line complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested for 150mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe laid in trenches and jointed on concrete bed including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in hard /dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china squatting pan, "Orissa pattern" of size 580 mm x 440 mm white with integral foot rest complete including provn of cement concrete bedding and connection to trap, flushing pipe, anti syphonage pipe complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Supply and fixing vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete accessories as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

S&F as in repair heatlh faucet (ABS Body) mild steel chromium plated suitable for 15mm dia pipe with 1.25 metre long flexible tube and ABS wall hook including making connections and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair PVC water closet seat cover, white, closed pattern with flat bottom, mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device complete, all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repair 10 ltr PVC valveless syphonic action type flushing cistern with brackets, flush pipe etc complete including inlet ball valve float and handle including brackets, of approved make including all connections & flush pipes for WC complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B–0, (using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in levelling course or floor sub base, finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Material and labour for non–skid ceramic coloured tiles joint free premium/1st quality (square/rectengular) 7 to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface over and including screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles joint free premium/1st quality with highlighter or as approved pattern by GE in vertical surfaces /skirtings /dados of size 300 x 450 x 7-8mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un–reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tile 30cm x 30cm x 20mm thick with grey pigment cement and pigment, set and jointed over and including 20 mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand with grey cement and no pigments complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

M&L for 100mm thick Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D–2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub–base complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

M&L providing cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof kerbs, mud stops, padding, coping, levelling course and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including form work where ever required, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good distrubed ground (posts embedded in concrete, brick work, masony, etc.) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out and removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L mild steel work in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, and similar work conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality 'A' including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE.

Material and labour for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape, hooking ends for tying chain link fencing including two coat painting to bars complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Amount of credit of ₹ 54,780.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit, which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender. Note :– Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
