RequiredTenderer firm /company should not be blacklisted by any government organization. The Tenderer shall furnish an document for not having Black Listed earlier by the Firm / Company represented by its Proprietor / Partners / Directors / Chairman / Managing Director / Office Bearers in the Business Transactions of any Government / Semi-Government / Government Undertaking / Public Sector Organizations / any other Departments.
RequiredTenderer offering to supply goods under the contract which the Tenderer did not manufacture of otherwise produce, the Tenderer has been duly authorized as per authorization form in Section XIII by the goods manufacturer or produce to supply the goods in India.
RequiredTenderer should submit Certificate of registration of the Company under the companies act, 1956 or registered with the Concerned Statutory Authorities under relevant act. If the Tenderer is manufacturer then should posses ISO registration certification copy and the both should be enclosed.

RequiredThe average financial annual turnover of the tenderer should be Rs.20.10 lakhs Usually not less than the estimated cost of the quantity in the tender document. It will be 50 percentage of the estimated cost of the quantity with respect to Micro and Small Enterprises during the last three preceding financial years last two preceding financial years with respect to Micro and Small Enterprises ending on the relevant financial year.
