Taking down existing water proofing treatment (including cement plaster and cleaning with wire brushes roughening the surface and hacking out dirt where directed and disposal of rubbish outside MoD land from starting point)/ cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

Applying evenly a tack coat of bitumen 85/25 conforming to IS:3384-1986 over plastered surface at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq.m including cleaning surfaces of density 0.87-0.89 kg per litre at 25 degree Celsius and viscosity 70-160 CPS(bitumen primer shall be of make as of membrane) including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application dipped into APP modified mix and sealing all the overlap 75mm on length side and 100mm on width side of membranes by torching as per manufacturer's instructions by authorised applicator only after applying evenly a coat of bitumen on bottom of APP membrane and on top of joints of APP membrane.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (But not backing), removing and rubbish of the premises, complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 2 Km outside A1 defence Land, Complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any description in any position complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 2 Km outside A1 defence Land, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L coloured/printed non skid ceramic tiles 7 mm thick (squre/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 but not exc 0.16 sqm laid in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile laid over and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement, complete all specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450 x 300 x 7 mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 to receive tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded aggregate) 100 mm thick for sub-base in sub floor sub base, floor and paving etc cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 25mm thick 1:2:4 type B1( using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub flooring , complete all specified and directed.

Demolition of stone/brick masonry built in cement mortar incl quoins, arches, etc but exceeding ashlars facing dressed stone Work etc complete all as specified and directed.
