Demolishing RCC works by chiseling at all levels including scaffolding,cutting of reinforcement bars by gas cutting, straightening and stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable materials complete all per specification & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolishing brick /stone masonry in cement mortar and plaster at all floors & levels including scaffolding, stacking of serviceable materials & disposing of unserviceable materials etc. complete all as per specification & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

a) Brick/Stone masonary work.

Supplying and fixing following size PVC-SWR pipes and Fittings for soil, waste,vent and rainwater pipe lines consisting following items of work:- i) Supplying PVC - SWR pipes and fittings conforming to IS 13592 of approved make and standard PVC clamps ( approx. 3.2 mm thick ) and nails or MS galvanised clamps having minimum 3 mm thick ( Pipe Holder U Bracket ) for fixing the pipe. ii) Fixing the pipeline vertically to plumb, keeping the pipe barrel 50 mm away from the wall face, using PVC or MS galvanised clamps. iii) Providing and fixing PVC Domed roof outlet (grating ) for RWP & PVC cowl for waste / soil pipe. iv) Jointing the PVC pipes and specials by PVC solvent cement, rubber lubricant with rubber rings or any other approved equivalent method. v) Laying the pipeline below the ground/exposed to proper slope and gradient for making connection of soil and vent pipeline ( Vertical stacks ) with inspection chamber or manhole and waste water pipeline with gully trap chamber including the cost of cement mortar, water proofing compound etc., testing the vertical pipeline by smoke test and horizontal pipeline by 600 mm head of water and rectifying the leakages, if any all complete incuding encasing the pipe line using CC 1:3:6 etc. all complete. vi) Cutting or making hole in RCC or brick work and reinstating the surface to it's original condition after passing the pipe with cement mortar / cement concrete etc. by adding approved water proofing compound. vii) removing existing CI pipes line with fittings and specials etc PVC - SWR Pipe & Fittings ( TYPE-B )

Providing & laying UPVC under ground drainage pipes & Fittings of approved make for storm water drains & Sewer lines of following size conforming to IS:15328 to proper level & grade, jointing including prviding coupler with cement solvent / welded joints / as per manufacturer's requirement, encasing the pipe using CC 1:3:6 such that shape of the cross section through encased pipe shall be square and sides equal to outer diameter of pipe plus 300mm, specifictions, drawing and as directed by the E.I.C. item includes removing existing CI/SWR pipes line with fittings and specials etc. & Providing and fixing UPVC fittings such as Bendes, Tees & Y, Reducers, Blanking Plugs, Couplers, Adaptors etc.all complete.

Providing & fixing on Exposed or concealed surfaces the following dia Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (C-PVC) pipe of specified class of M/s. SUREME / PRINCE or other approved equivalent consisting following items of work:- i) Supplying & fixing C-PVC pipes, including necessary all fittings conforming to IS 15778 ii) Laying and fixing the pipe and specials on exposed surfaces to correct line, level and plumb for water supply line, overflow and vent using M.S. nails/screws, rawl plugs, wooden gutties and branded clamps of Supreme/Prince make to the pipeline as per the site requirement. iii) Testing the pipe line to a hydraulic pressure as per manufacturers cataglouge for leak proof joint or as per relavant code. iv) Making leak proof threaded / solvent joints. including cutting the pipe, Joint preparartion, cleaning, marking, application of solvent, assembling, curing etc. and the cost of jointing cement solvent materials.v) Cutting or making hole or chases in RCC or brick work structure such as wall, column, beam, slab, chajja, dado etc. for passing the pipe line and reinstating all the damage to its original condition. proof joints. vi) Providing and fixing C-PVC jointable / threaded fittings such as Union, Nipples, Bendes, Elbows, Tees, Reducers, End caps, Couplers, Adaptors, Saddles, Plugs, Tank connectors, Expansion loops, Bypass bends, etc vii) including removing existing GI pipes/pvc pipes line with fittings and specials etc. Note:- All brass threaded elbows and fittings shall be with additional support type of M/s. Supplying & fixing ready made Ultra -450 inspection chamber with multiple inlets( two110mm swept inlets at 45 degree and two 160mm inlets at 90 degree) of Nu-Drain System of M/s.Supreme or equivalent approved maker including cost of all accessories ,backing plug-160mm-2 Nos,110mm-2 No,rubber lubricant, rubber seal, labour, tranportation, including dismantling of damaged chambers etc complete all as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by Engineer -in -charge.

Supplying & fixing Riser of Nu-Drain System of M/s. Supreme or approved equivalent suitable for increasing the height of ultra-450 multiple inlets inspection chember of Nu-Drain System of M/s. Supreme or equivalent approved make including cost of rubber lubricant and rubber seal, labour, transportation etc. complete all as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by EIC.

Constructing brick masonry Gully Trap chamber of following size and upto 600 mm initial depth including providing and fixing gully trap, consisting following items of work:- i) Providing & fixing square gully trap 110mm of Nu-Drain System of M/s. Supreme or equivalent ( uPVC gully trap of size 150 X 150 mm with 110 mm outlet) of embedding in position in cement concrete 1:2:4 inside the chamber. ii) 230 mm thick brick masonry in 1:4 cement mortar over 150 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4. iii) 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on internal and external surfaces, internal surfaces and top finished with a floating coat of neat cement. iv) Providing and fixing precast approved make (EVERLAST) or approved equivalant Composite (FRP/GRP) Manhole covers & frame of size 300mm x 300mm as approved by E.I.C having point loading capacity not less than 0.3 tonne with name of department and year engraved as specified / approved, including cost of necessary hardware and cement concrete / mortar for fixing the frame. v) dismantling and removing old damaged gully trap chamber and disposing the debris etc.

300 X 300 mm size Gully Trap chamber including P/fixing gully trap with frame and cover.

Providing & erecting double bamboo scaffolding using minimum 75 mm dia best quality bamboo tied with coir rope & the horizontal & vertical members of the bamboos provided as required at spacing of not more than 900 mm apart both vertically & horizontally including providing cross supports as struts to tie the scaffolding properly to the building for maintenance / repair works of external surfaces of buildings as &when required including providing necessary safety belts to workers,dismantling the scaffolding after repair work is completed including cost of transportation, labour, safety belts etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: The mode of measurement shall be in square metre for the overall portion of external exposed surface area of buildings covered by scaffolding and the said area shall be measured flat. No deductions shall be made for any openings in the surface and the jambs / reveals.

a) Double Scaffolding

Sand faced cement plaster 20 mm thick in CM 1:4, two coats using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Easy plast' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces with base coat of 12 mm thick and finishing coat of 8 mm thick final rendering,including using richer mix for making corners if necessary, at all floors and level, including making grooves of existing size wherever required, including cleaning the surfaces, including membrane curing by applying one coat of factory made acrylic based curing compound, Concure of M/s fosroc, Dr. Fixit curing compound or other equivalent over repaired surfaces as per manufacturer's specification etc. including removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposing off debris outside colony etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the EIC. NOTE:1. The contractor must take full precautions that original brick work is not damaged while dismantling of plaster. Incase of any damage the same shall be made good with 22g chickenwire mesh at his own cost . No separate payment for any additional thickness of plaster if any will be made. Contractor must visit site and acquint himself with the condition of building.

Repairs to damaged RCC structural members at all locations/ floors using polymer modified cementations mortar, for strengthening the existing RCC structural members using polymer (Deptt. supply at fixed rate) and comprising the following operations:- i) Breaking cracked/ spalled concrete members along the cracks with plaster including removing and stacking of all unservieble material at site, simultaneous transpotation and disposal of debris outside colony as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge. ii) Exposing and cleaning the reinforcement thoroughly by light tapping/ wire brushing using strong emery paper and finally by rust remover of Dr. Fixit/ M/s. Anuvi Chemical, M/s. Forsroc or equivalent. iii) Applying protective coat of polymer and cement slurry inthe ratio 1:1 by volume to reinforcement bars. a) Building up with polymer modified cermentatious mortar for beams, columns etc. in layers not exceeding 20 mm (proportion cement 50 Kgs. : Silica + 125 Kg. of silica sand : acrylic polymer liquid 10 Ltrs. with necessary bond coats (polymer : cement = 1:1 by volume) for the tack coat and also for subsequent layers using acrylic polymer approved by the department including curing, scaffolding and steel props for supporting structural member etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge. NOTE: 1. Measurement shall be taken as per Litre consumption of polymer liquid only for above mentioned operation. 2. Polymer required for the work shall be issued by the Department under Schedule 'B'.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 using well burnt locally available bricks of approved quality including scaffolding,raking out joints above ground level simultaneous pointingbelow ground level, curing, scaffolding,etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

a) In super structure at all floors and levels.

Providing & laying rubble stone soling using spotless stones of consolidated thickness as specified below with stones vertically handset interstices packed with smaller stone chips, binding with murrum/crushed sand, watering, consolidating & finishing to required levels etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

a) 150 mm thick

Plain cement concrete using graded stone aggregate of 20mm max. size including consolidation, finishing, curing, cost of form work, shuttering, centering etc. at all level and locations complete all as per specification & as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Structural steel work using M.S YST -250 GRADE of approved manufacture welded, riveted,bolted in built up sections,trusses stair case, railings, ladder and framed work for the following at all floors and locations, heights, including scaffolding, bracing, multi level stagging, lead etc., in grills,guard bars for windows, frames, covers,cover bracket for slanting chajja etc.using specified structural steel sections like angles, tees , flats, bars, chequered plates,sheets Channel/I sections,M.S Angle /tubes /pipes / RHS/ SHS, joists, bolts & nuts etc.of required shape, sizes including supplying,cutting, fabricating, welding, bending to shape, ( curved), wastages, hlisting/ erecting, fixing in position, making holes/chases wherever required and fixing /embedding in position in concrete/brick work with necessary anchor fasteners,bolts etc., and finishing the concrete/ brick work after fixing/ embedding including Removing damaged existing frame work painting one coat Zinc chormate primer over shop coat of approved anticorrosive primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and colour on all exposed surfaces etc. complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Ladders with "B" class GI pipes

Labour charge for repair and modification to M.S. ladder from ground floor to terrace in shaft by cutting and removing the ladder (which are coming above the modified height of shaft) to the required length along with embedded brackets, cutting and removing the M.S. brackets from the dismantled ladder, welding the dismantled M. S. brackets to the remaining end of ladder in shaft, re-embedding the M.S brackets into the masonry, with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with waterproofing compound and finishing the surface neatly etc., including cost of all labours, tools and plants, welding including stacking the unserviceable cut portion of M.S. ladder at directed place etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Material like MS Flat, MS Angle, Bars, etc. will be paid relevant in Item no.1.1

Providing and applying three coats of acrylic elastomeric water proof exterior coating of Apex strech o M/s. Asian Paints / Weathershield Max of M/s. ICI Delux or other approved equivalent make and shade over the sand face / form finished surfaces / rough cast plaster at all locations as required, thoroughly mixed and applied at an interval of 6-8 hours for each successive coats and ensure consumption of 0.3 ltr/Sqm for 3 coats, including preparation of surface, cleaning and filling the cracks and crevices with Latex caulking crack filler etc. complete generally as per the manufacturer's specification and as directed by the EIC. NOTE: 1) The surface shall be cleaned with water jet with high pressure water pump spray of at least 100 kg/sq.m. and brushing/ rubbing with coir to remove all foreign materials etc. before painting work. 2)The entire treatment shall stand guarantee for water tightness from external treated surfaces and for bone dry conditions for a period of Five (5) years. The guarantee shall be given on the regular format of the Department under Conditions of Contract. 3)Lower consumption less than as mentioned will be recovered @ Rs. 300/ltr.

a) Over sand faced platered / Form finished surfaces

Removing and Re-laying 50 mm average thickness Roughshahabad stone paving in foot paths,building surrounding etc. over a bed of 50 mmthickstone grit ( including supply of stone grit andprepartion of bed ), to proper slope, including compactionof sub base cutting the edges to proper lines and sunkpointing with cement mortar 1:3 with 15 mm x 10 mmgroove cross wise and longitudinally and curing, cutting ofstones wherever required and transporting the stones tosite of work from dismanting old shahabad stone. etc. Complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting & removing the joints of existing Shahabad stone flooring by filling the joints with 30 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 using agg. of 10 mm size an finishing of joints with CM 1:3 with 15 mm x 10 mm groove all around the stone at all locations including breaking of old damaged joints and clearing of debris etc all complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & laying rough shahabad stone 600 X 600 X 50 mm (Minimum ) thick for pavement foot path over a bed of 50 mm thick stone grit & dust in proper line, level or slope including filling the joints with 30 mm thick P.C.C. 1:2:4 using aggregate of 10 mm size and finishing of joints with cement mortar 1:3 with 15mm x 10 mm groove all around the stone and including providing 100x100 mm edging with C.C. 1:2:4, cleaning site, cutting bushes, plants and leveling the surface by excavation upto 150 mm thick transporting the unwanted materials, like cut grass, vegetation, surplus earth, debris etc. out site the Colony etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & fixing 25 mm thick PVC integral free foam sheet in form of flush finish door shutter, manufactured by M/s. Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. (Ex-cel sheet) or other equivalent approved make of white colour, solid section, extruded rigid, light weight sheet with fine & homogeneous closed cell structure with smooth, glossy, hard surface finish on both sides including providing recessions for hinges and providing & fixing 3 nos 100 mm heavy duty S.S. hinges and 2 Nos. 100 mm heavy duty aluminium baby latches, 2 nos. of 100 mm Al. Bow handles with back plate. All edges to be smooth finish with mixture of PVC powder & solvent etc complete all as per specification and as directed by the EIC. Note:- 1) The entire door shall be jointless shutter. 2) The sizes shall be approximately 650 mm x 2000mm, however exact dimensions shall be measured at site before manufacturing.

Providing and fixing in position at all floors, levels/ heights 18mm thick mirror polished natural stones slab for door frame in two overlapping layers one piece full length/ height of approved shade, finished sizes as directed including machine cut/ hand cut, final cleaning, moulding and polishing of all exposed edges, in line, level, plumb and fixing the stone with ready mix cement mortar 1:3, 20mm backing & overlapping of 20mm shall be fixed with Araldite adhesive, with best workmanship, finishing, curing, providing 75mm long SS screw minimum @600mm c/c including removing existing door frame/window frame, shutter & fittings etc. and depositing the same at dept. store etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

b) Baroda Green marble Stone.

Supplying acrylic polymer emulsion suitable for structural repair works in tamper proof original sealed container of 20kg packing embossed with Manufacturing date, shelf life and batch no. etc from fresh stock with latest test reports confirming to the following specifications: Appearance: Milky white Ph- 9-10 Specific gravity – 1.055+/-0.005 Solid contents(%w/w)- 44+/-1 Viscocity at 25 degree C temperature(in sec): 15-20 Along with other standard test results such as color/appearance, odour etc Notes: 1. Random sample testing will be carried out for each lot for acceptance of materials at factory laboratory and same shall be confirmed from the approved third party laboratory by supplier. The cost of testing shall be borne by the supplier. The bidder shall arrange PDI at their factory. 2. Sample size: a. For factory testing – Minimum 2 samples per batch(process container reactor capacity) b. For external testing- 1 sample for 8000Kg 3. Providing and laying at all floors and levels Vitrified tiles of first quality Marbonite of M/S H&R JHONSON (INDIA) Ltd or other equivalent approved make of approved colour, shade, pattern and of thickness as per manufacture's specifications, laid directly over tile, using polymer cum cement based adhesive (Type -II as per IS) manufactured by M/S Roffe construction or M/s Bal Endura chemicals or other approved equivalent in respect of flooring and fixed over 12 mm thick backing using ready mix cement mortar 1:3 in respect of skirting , close jointed and grouted white /colour cement slurry with pigments to match the colour of the tiles, finished to level, line, slope and plumb including cutting of tiles, making openings / cut out where necessary including wastage for odd shape of room and final cleaning of surfaces as required, curing etc. complete all as per specification,relevent IS code & as directed by the EIC.

a) In flooring with tiles of approx. size 600 mm x 600 mm similar to Salt & Pepper (White/Grey)/ Rigato/Athelon of M/s H& R Johnson (I) ltd. Or similar tile of other approved make, laid directly over existing tile using tile on tile polymer cum cement based adhesive.

Painting on steel surfaces/MS ladder with two coats of synthetic enamel paint using first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and shade over one coat of approved primer wherever required, including preparing surfaces, filling with putty including scaffolding and cleaning the surface by removing old paint by scrapping, blow lamp, etc and removing splashings & droppings from floors, doors & windows etc. complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforcement Thermo Mechanically Treatedbars of grade Fe-500 D manufactured by SAIL, TATA STEEL and RINL only.for RCCwork including supplying steel bars of variousdiameters as required at site of work includingloading, unloading, transporting, decoiling,straightening, cutting,bending placing inposition and binding with 18 gauge, softdrawn annealed steel binding wire includingcarrying out various tests as required etc. all asper specifications, drawings & as directed bythe Engineer in charge. (Cost of binding wireshall be borne by the contractor & shall not bemeasured for payment).
