M&L for applying Dichtament® DS2 in the ratio 100 p.b.w. Powder to 26- 30 p.b.w. water, i.e. 6 to 6.5 kg water is needed (as per consistency) per 30kg sack of Dichtament® DS2. The liquid component which is water should be taken in a bucket and the powder component slowly mixed in using mechanical stirrer, until a lump free, homogenous slurry is obtained. The mix can be applied with a trowel, brush or spray. Application at temperature below +50C and on frozen surface should be avoided. Slightly dampen the surface prior to coating. Dichtament® DS2 should be applied in two operations. The thickness of the coatings depends on conditions and requirements of the surface to be protected. A minimum coat thickness of 2 mm. is recommended, when Dichtament® DS2 is directly subjected to water pressure. The coating of Dichtament® DS2 must be cured by clean water to avoid rapid hardening. Protect from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Protective or decorative systems like tiles, wood panels etc. may only be applied when Dichtament® DS2 has sufficiently hardened, at least after 7 days complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces in two coats mixed with suitable liquid water proofing compound with mix as per manufacturers specification on floor of slab and inside surface of static water tank complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con-forming to Fe.290, Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Expanded metal, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 2 mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed to wood or steel members (weight per square metre not greater than 4 Kg per Sqm) complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 centimetre width or girth and M&L for applying two coats of anticorrosive paint over & including a coat of red oxide zinc chromium primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for scaling/volumetric marking with synthetic enamel paint on internal surfaces of static water tank including all necessary preparation complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, of 12 mm dia length of bolt 300mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing building materials etc. to a distance not exc 1.5 km or under, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation n exc 30 cm deep and avg 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F premoulded grey cast iron gate of FG-150 confirming to IS ornamental type in cast iron cum mild steel of 8.20 m span, 3.0m to 4.065m in height two leaves and wicket gate in cast iron cum mild steel of 1.5m span, 2.1m height in single leaf, including necessary welding, pintol hinges, steel ball bearing plates and locking arragement complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (a) Frame of cast iron gate shall be mild steel pipe frame of size 50mm X 50mm x 4.5mm thick cconforming to grade Fe-410 or Fe-310. (b) RCC pillar/ brick pillar and painting to steel surface including all connected items shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items. (c) Design as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, 100mm thick using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC (Design mix) M-30 as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated plastered surfaces of walls and M&L for applying two coats of acrylic antifungal paint exterior grade paint in plain or camouflage pattern over & including one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation in any type of soil not exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out including site clearance in any type of soil i.e the area coming under cutting and filling shall be cleared of shurbs, vegetation, grass, bush, weed, trees and saplings not exceeding 30 cm girth etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of any colour as approved having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete in foundation filling and mass concrete Type B2 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per BoQ serial item No.46 above but 5 mm dia and over upto and incl 10 mm dia in stirrus, spaces, and binders complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing angle including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing with mesh etc) including all necessary drilling bolting or riveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 (Gde-E-165 quality-B complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-Posts/struts of angle iron made to shape shall be welded to existing angle iron bracket of security wall, contractor shall make his own arrangement for welding for boundary wall by using gen sets or any alternative arrangement. Cost of these is deemed to be included in quoted uint rate.

S&F mild steel screw bolts 10mm dia with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed at other ends dia of shank 5 to 10 mm and length of bolt exc. 5cm but n.exc 10cm complete all as specified and directed.
