SCHEDULE 'A' PART-1

Demolation of brick work with built in cement mortar, complete all as speicified and directed.

Demolation of reinforced concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed)

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, mass concrete, sub base etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with fly ash brick modular size in cement mortar 1:6 straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone agg) in channel & drains

M&L for pcc 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping complete all as specified and directed

M&L 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick wall in CM 1:4 on fair face of brick work or concrete surface finished the surfce even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M & L for precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 including form work set in cement mortar (1:4) and all as directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spiarally for hooping for columns, plinth beam etc, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia.

M&L for extra froming fair finished in drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered/stopped ends etc.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-2

Taking down PVC water tank any type capacity 500 ltrs to 1000 ltrs and removing to stores

Taking down water supply line of any capacity all as required and directed by engg in chrge

Taking down gate valve /ball valves any type all as required and directed by engg in charge.

Material and labour GI tubing 50 mm dia medium grade galvanized with all fittings laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Make- JINDAL/SWASTIK

all as per item number 4 but of size 80 mm dia.

Supply and fix 50 mm bore gun metal gate valve with brass insert iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe all as complete all as directed.

Supply and fix 80 mm bore gun metal gate valve with brass insert iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe all as complete all as directed.

Supply and fix 25 mm bore gun metal gate valve with brass insert iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe all as complete all as directed.

Supply and fix 20 mm bore gun metal gate valve with brass insert iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe all as complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out for laying of pipe cables etc,. and getting out complete all as specified and directed

Returing filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick with earth obtained from excavation complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for construction of valve pit chambers of size 600 X 600 X 600 mm (internal dimensions) as under provided with 10 cm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 as in foundation over 15 cm thick hard core, 23 cm thick brick walls built in cement mortar 1:4, 15 mm thick internal plaster including top of floor, externally upto 150 mm below GL in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, 3.00 mm thick MS sheet cover with 40 X 40 X 6 mm MS angle frame fixed in PCC 1:2:4 type B1, 50 mm thick coping with 25 X 6 mm flat iron hold fasts, hinges, handles, locking arrangements and applying 2 coats of syntheric enamel paint over acoat of red oxide primer to all steel surfaces and 3 coats of white wash to internal surfaces of chamber including excavation and earth work in any type of soil and removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 1000 Ltrs hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I including 25 mm dia of ball valves high pressurePTMT with epoxy coated Al rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-3

Taking down after disconnecting old UNSV lightning arresters/air termination .

M& L for lightning arresters HT 11000, Volts , expulsion type with all fittings , transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp. Complete and alll as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge

M & L for Air termination , single pointed , copper rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long .

M & L for Testt point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos . 8 mm dia 25mm long

M & L for Painting of steel tubular pole 9.0 mtr long, by applying one coat of alluminium paint after scraping / brushing and cleaning the rust on pole and cross arms . Alluminium painting will be done on pole above 1.5 Mtr hight from ground level and balance 1.5 mtr from ground level will be painted by alternate layer of black and white enammelled paint ( 30 cms each) Pole Nos will be written on pole by black paint in yellow circle of 150mm dia all as directed by Engr in charge.

M/L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate 60x60cmx6mm thick electrode and 32 x 6 mm GI strip as earthing lead.burried directly in ground ( earth pit not less then 2.25 metres deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 metres below normal ground level. connected to GI strip 32 x 6 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 2 and incl earth work,PCC pit and RCC cover,watering pipe 20 mm dia light grade,funnel,wire mesh, charcoal dust and salt etc and connected to earthing test point all as specified or directed and testing

M & L for earth continuity conductor using GI strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead complete all as directed incl taking down the old unserviceable complete.

M & L for earth continuity conductor using Aluminium strip 25x3.15 mm with saddle and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground

Total contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of schedule of credit amount of Rs. 32,740.00
