Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar as per HSR No 5.7.4

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1 :2:4 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent cum design mix as per HSR 5.23.2

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, cum plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. As per HSR 4.32

Providing and laying damp-proof course with cement concrete 1 :2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-Ill): 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size) 50 mm thick as per HSR 6.8.1

Brick work with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 7 .5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor IV level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) as per HSR 7.22.1

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work, where not included in the complete rate of RCC, including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. complete in all respect above plinth level Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, separately for different diameters as actually used in work , excluding overlaps. Wastage, over1aps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods of binding & placing shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement. Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work below plinth level and up to Floor IV level:: 1 ½: 3 ( 1 Cement: 1 ½ coarse sand (zone-Ill) : 3 cum graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per HSR 6.1.1

1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand ( zone -III ) 8 graded cum stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size as per HSR 6.1.6

centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc. and removal of dorm for suspended floors roofs landing balconies as per HSR 6.30.3

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement 1:4 fine sand ) as per HSR 11.5.3

Supply & fixing Windows frames (Chowkhats) including mullions consisting frame fabricated from sheet roll formed out of 1.2mm thick galvanized sheet as per IS:277 (Base steel as per IS 513) with zinc of 120 gm/sqm & Powder coated with pure Polyester powder up to 50 microns (as per approved colour), 3 Nos. 100mm butt - hinges 2mm thick, 6 Nos. 1.2mm thick CRCA electroplated stiffner, 6 Nos. M.S hold fast with split and tail welded to stiffner plate 200mm long, receiver for aldrop, weld less corner assembly with brackets & screws, M.S tie rod 50mm x 25mm to be fixed at botom finished with powder coated total thickness of coating 0.6mm of approved shade, fixed in position including the cost of cement concrete for 1 :2:4 for fixing lugs complete in all respects as per drawing, design, specification & entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.Door Frame of size 125mm x 60mm with 37mm wide double metre rebate for 35mm door shutter as per HSR 13.21.2

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm, for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges Second class teak wood as per HSR 12.19.1.2.1

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm as per HSR 10.63.2

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : sqm 235 368 603 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1 :3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete As per HSR 10.58

whie washing with lime to give an even old work ( two or more coats ) as per HSR 30.23.1

providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm of approved brand and manufacture over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete as per HSR 66

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two or sqm 24 9 33 more coats) of required shade on new work, over and including water thinnable priming coat to give an even shade as per HSR 11.63

New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 litre/1 O sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm) as per HSR 11.95.1

Painting on G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :New work (two or more coats) including a coat of approved steel primer but excluding a coat of mordant solution as per HSR 11.99.1

Providing and laying pressed clay tiles (as per approved pattern 20 mm sqm nominal thickness of approved size) on roofs jointed with cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound, laid over a bed of 20 mm thick cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and finished neat complete. as per HSr 9.15

Providing and fixing white vitreous chinaware pedestal type water closet (European type) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white vitreous chinaware flushing cistern & C.P. flush bend with fittings & C.I. brackets, 40 mm flush bend, overflow arrangement with specials of standard make and mosquito proof coupling of approved municipal design complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required W.C. pan with ISi marked white solid plastic seat and lid as per HSR 22.24.1

providing and fixing C.P brass bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS 8931 15 mm nominal bore as per hSR No 22.104.1

Providing and fixing C.P Brass shower rose with 15 or 20 mm intel 150 mm diameter as per HSr 22.102.2

Wiring in existing conduit and MS box for 3-pin 5amp. Plug point by using 2 no 1.5 sqmm FRLS copper wire and 1 no 1.5 Sqmm FRLS copper wire , including providing 1 no 5/6 Amp 3/5 pin socket and 1 no 5/6 Amp switch etc complete as required Group A as per HSR 23.5.4.1
